Worst experience with Wakefit.

Maine mattress 9 May ko order kiya tha aur 18 May ko deliver hua. Jo size order kiya tha, usse chhota mattress receive hua aur comfort bhi bilkul expected level ka nahi tha. Delivery ke din hi maine return request raise kar di thi.

Mujhe pehle 24 May ki return date di gayi, lekin koi pickup nahi hua. Phir 30 May ka commitment diya gaya, lekin us din bhi koi action nahi hua. Ab 12-13 din se lagatar follow-up kar raha hoon, lekin na calls receive ki ja rahi hain aur na hi callback mil raha hai.

Product quality disappointing hai, lekin usse bhi zyada kharab customer service hai. Return policy aur customer support sirf promises tak seemit lagte hain. Agar aap after-sales service aur customer support ko importance dete hain, to Wakefit se purchase karne se pehle zaroor sochiye.

I recently bought mattress from wakefit and it is really comfortable. The price is also affordable when compared to other brands in the same price segment. I bought Orthopaedic Memory Foam Mattress and it came on time along with zip cover

I received the product on time and service was excellent.

Frustrating customer service - i have bought a wardrobe that was delivered on time. But when the installer came , he informed us that the door for the wardrobe is incorrect and some parts are missing. After rigorous follow ups, someone came to install the correct doors but forgot the other parts. It's been a month of going in circles. I chat with the customer service, who arranges a call back and (if) someone calls back as promised (most of the time they don't bother), then they again arranges a call back which never comes. I want my money back and they say it's not in their policy. I feel helpless. Who can help ?

Horrible experience. My order has not been delivered for over a month (ORDER2026045PJL9y). I placed the order on 24th April, and they initially promised delivery within a week, by 29th April. The next thing I knew, the delivery date was pushed to 29th May.

I ended up returning my rental bed during this process. Despite patiently waiting, I kept receiving calls from the Manufacturing team assuring me that the bed would be delivered by 15th May. Today is 26th May, and I have not received a single call or update since then. There is still no clarity on whether I will even receive the product by 29th May.

This has been more than a month of inconvenience and frustration. I had to return my rental bed and have been sleeping on my couch for the past month because of these repeated delays and false assurances.
