This company is scam !!!
If You need proof's I have film with opening their phones, (in film is delivery documents from manchester an invoice from them) all phones have not original screen , they write to me that I back phones to them , I dont belieive them tahts whay I will not send them phones back , but if You backed phones please write , the end of your story !!!

Dear sir,
Sorry about what happened. We understand it is our mistake for sending you refurbished items rather than original phones. As we sell both kinds of items, we sent out wrong products by mistakes. We apologize for that again.
Regarding your order, we agreed to refund as you can check in our conversation record.
As we tried to contact you once we received your feedback via customer service, but you rejected our only solution, which is --- a refund, we could not do anything but waiting for you to agree to a refund policy.
If you don't accept our return policy --- which is to mail back your products (our products), we cannot start the refund process, and this was discussed in our conversation.
Please understand that we cannot accept you keeping our products and refund at the same time. Because it is not a legal and fair policy.

Hope we could sort it out by letting us start the refund procedure. If you agree, please contact our account manager again. We are always there to help refund.

Wakephone and their colegues fool me again and delay my refund

The company 2 times told me they refund me
One it returned to them from their mistake and the second one after long time never came.
I suppose the company is big scam and i will inform uksources and internet along with police to report them because I do not like people scam me and fool me.
If I ever see money I will write another review
But I doubt.they are the worse.
I will loose almost 2000euro now because they try to avoid refund my payment although I return back their faulty products.

Never buy from them KNOWONE.
Trust me what I say.big scam.I lost my money iam sure at least let’s help other people don’t get scammed because all the phones are garbage.repaired with copy screens from aliexpress cheap quality.batteries are last almost 3 hours on stand by
What more to say?
I almost get fired from my boss from that people and I had to pay the money they stole me from
My own pocket.

Stay away people.
If anyone need more accurate details and conversations from them contact me to prove you all what fake company is and fool people.
It’s seems uksources don’t search well the suppliers and as a result we loose our money and our integrity with that scammers.

We always supply with our best products, we provide 60 days warranty and will refund or send a replacement with proof of faulty items, in your case, we promise to refund before we received your returned product, even having a risk of unreceived returned packages, it is only because we are an ethical and trustworthy partner, AS A PROMISED OF OUR BEST SERVICE.
We are sorry that you received the wrong item and 4 items you think are not the quality as you expected. To be honest, we only provide the exact grading of products you ordered, for example, we will not offer grade A if you purchase grade B items with grade B price. If there’s a wrong item, (which is quite strange in our company history), we always return a replacement even the clients cannot prove that the wrong items are from the exact parcel we sent out BECAUSE THIS IS THE EXCELLENT SERVICE WE PROMISED.
To make it fair, and as promised, you can return the products you do not satisfied with, and we will do the refund, but above all, we need you to provide PRECISE BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION. As our head office needs time to arrange the accounting department to check and proceed with the payment. I understand a big enterprise like us as a listed company, we cannot refund money in a blink, but we already make all special arrangements for your case and hope you do not need to bear the “consequences” from your boss, as you said.
REASON OF REFUND DELAY
HOWEVER,
The first time you provide a wrong bank name for us, which is a result, a delay. But we already transferred to the wrong account, provided by you. We did it the same day you provided your bank information, but unluckily, we successfully transferred to the wrong bank account you provided. THE PROMPT SERVICE IS DUE TO OUR EXCELLENT SERVICE.
In normal circumstances, if we already transferred money, and if you had provided the correct information, you will receive the money just in 2-3 working days.
In the above case, with the wrong bank information you provided, we need to wait for the bank to confirm there’s a return of funds so that we can pay you the right amount. It is only to secure our own rights, in this case, our only right is to guard our money that we already sent out to the account you provided.
You see, in our company standpoints, please note the following facts:
1. We transferred money to the account you provided* although you claimed this is a wrong account in a timely manner.
2. We agree to transfer again using the new information you provide, but international transference needs some time to proceed. And we DID NOT charge you any additional for the wrong bank account handling fee.
I hope you do understand we already have a special arrangement for you, NOT because of your threatening messages of leaving us bad comments on all platforms, but only due to OUR BEST SERVICE FOR OUR CLIENTS.
I hope you can be a bit patient and wait for the fund you deserved.

Sir, we apologize for your unhappy experience. As our sales manager said, there is a phone in your order that has a problem, but we had already given you a refund for the very first time. As for your requirement of sending you a free phone as the reward for canceling this review, we are sorry it’s hard to accept.
