I purchased 3 pair of shoes for my husband Took 3 weeks to get here. The sizes 12 I ordered fit a young child, not a grown man, being 2 sizes to short. I read all the FAQ, it stated it was a US based company, never mentioned their warehouse was OVERSEAS! They insist I keep the shoes, get a 10% discount on my order. Discourage returns because it will cost $30-$40 to return to their warehouse They are refusing my full refund

I am kicking myself for not reading the…

I am kicking myself for not reading the reviews of this company before ordering what I was lead to believe were comfortable, cute shoes. They are not in the U.S. and took forever to get here, The shoes are cheap material, like walking on a brick with my toes hanging off. The customer service is not responsive, the contact number cannot be completed as dialed, sending numerous emails every day for over a week with no response. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

STAY AWAY FROM WALK OUR PATH (unless you have money to throw away)

Walk Our Path appears to be a dark cave where you give up your money then are left entirely in the dark with nothing to show for it and no way to get information.
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes ( I’m an idiot I guess) the first week of May that have not shown up as of this writing, May 20th. I have a tracking number and an order number. Since May 9th, the site shows my order was received and processed. That’s it. Not shipped. Just, what? Sitting somewhere in limbo?
The phone number for this company, 1-302–556-1636, is a fraudulent, non working number. I have tried calling it repeatedly. When I call the number, it shows it as a Delaware number, not Wyoming, where this company claims it is located. The phone doesn’t ring when you call. It immediately disconnects. It’s as though the number is not working at all.
I have received no replies to texts or emails. But I continue to receive emails informing me of great sales and wonderful discounts on fantastic shoes on their site!
This company appears to be a load of ****. A front or something. I hate having to pay such a big price, and I don’t mean financially. I mean what this now is costing me in my time, a priceless, irreplaceable resource that this company now is stealing from me. I am forced to waste my time trying to get back my money for items I purchased and never received from a ghost company run by people I now perceive as thieves.
STAY AWAY FROM WALK OUR PATH. In my way of thinking, It is set up for thrives to benefit, to steal what they can from you while providing the least or nothing at all.

It took 2 weeks to receive my order

It took 2 weeks to receive my order. The Shoes are not US sizes, and the size I received was not even an equivalent to the size I ordered. Have been trying for a week and a half to get the return instructions. So far, all I have been offered is a 10% refund. The phone number is not even a US phone number. I highly advise against making a purchase from this site.

Not a legit U.S. company

I really wanted to like them, but Walk our path is not a legitimate company. They say they are a 'US based shoe company'. That couldn't be further from the truth. They are a chinese company who has a distribution site in Wyoming. Their shoes are extremely low quality, uncomfortable and cheaply made. There is NO customer service and I had to email them 3 times before I got a cryptic message. They didn't want me to return the shoes and said it would cost $35-$45 to ship back to China. They are like Temu except worse. I had to dispute their charge with my credit card company. If you have to return these shoes, don't expect a refund from them and just go through your credit card company who will refund the entire charge. Avoid them at all costs. They are NOT an American company as they say they are.

The so-called "Money-Back Guarantee"

The shoes I received were very low quality (and not even the right size), so I asked about a refund. The so-called "Money-Back Guarantee" required me to ship them back to China at a cost of $35-$40. The many warnings about how the process could go wrong were clearly designed to discourage any attempt at a full refund. Instead they offered a laughable 10% refund. Do not order from this site.

This is an AI generated website. The shoes are trash. Be aware.

I bought a pair of sandals, I knew they were synthetic, but these were such low quality and with an obviousy fake PRADA insignia on the front. I would never have bought them had I known that. Now, I am told the postage for the return could be between $30-40. instead, they offered me a 10% refund, which is about $7. I would rather take the hit. Customer be warned. Garbage, Totally.

Shoe Scam!!

I ordered two pairs of shoes because of the description of orthotic insoles and great construction.
What arrived were two pairs of cheaply made shoes with very thin soles. I believe I would feel every stone I stepped on. The customer service phone number is out of service and I have received no response to 4 emails to customer service sent two weeks ago.
UPDATE: I received an email two days ago that I just saw after the original review: "To help make things right, we’d like to offer a 10% refund. Accepting this partial refund means you’ll receive compensation for the inconvenience while keeping the item, so you won’t need to go through the hassle or wait time of returning the product."
Not acceptable to me.

Horrible Return Process/Customer Service

I ordered 2 pairs of high heeled shoes that looked super cute online. I dress up for work every day and am on my feet all day, and I was excited to find such cute shoes that were actually orthopedic shoes and would be comfortable. I did look at their return policy which was a little odd given that it only stated, "Just contact us and our team will guide you through the quick return process," but I didn't think too much of it. I felt confident that I was dealing with a company here in the US because their website states they only ship within the US and their address is in Wyoming, so I couldn't imagine shipping or returns could be too problematic. Well, as soon as I ordered the shoes and went to track the delivery, I saw they were being shipped from China. When they arrived, one pair did not look like the photos on the website and the other pair had such an odd type of clasp on the strap that I literally could not figure out how to close it. Furthermore they both just looked cheap. I was disappointed and wanted to return them both immediately. I wrote to the appropriate email address the next day to await instructions for their easy return process. It took 4 days to get a reply, but when I did, they asked me if I wanted to keep the shoes and accept a 10% refund instead of returning them because their warehouse was overseas, often cost the customer 35-40 USD to return, and could take several weeks for me to be reimbursed. They said many customers felt accepting the 10% refund was easier, as if they were doing me a favor. I received this response from them about an hour ago, and I am still seeing red! I told them that no, I do not want a 10% refund which would amount to less than $12.00, and that I still need to be told how to go about returning these shoes. I wish I had read reviews of this company before I ever ordered anything.

Very unhappy with customer service

Very unhappy with customer service, shipping, and website is a lie. Says US made. It is not, it ships via a shipping company that is notorious for fraud. Says 5 to 7 days for shipping and still have not received almost 2 weeks later. Do not use them.

I would give a zero if possible

I would give a zero if possible. I ordered from this company based in WY yet they originate in China, have to clear customs, etc. I ordered on 4/21 and have not seen a shoe yet. The phone number does not go through. They say they ship via UPS, FedEx or DHS but mine were in route via USPS. I do not have mail delivery so it was important USPS was not the delivery method.
