Before Wallace finance took over Dixie in Miami OK, it was much more customer friendly. The application process was simple and they only called to remind you one time that your payment was past due. I spoke with someone at the loan office today because my payment was due yesterday and they did not even call me yet started calling my references. ON THE DUE DATE. I’ve also had many issues in the past with them immediately calling my references after I’m unable to answer due to being on calls for my job when they called. They told me today that they are “allowed to call 5x per day” and that they also call my employer every week to verify my employment. That is harassment. I am so disappointed in what this company has done to a local loan office.
