I must recommend Wallace Finance to all home movers , remortgaging or first time buyers out there . I have had the best service from Vanessa who followed my application through, taking all the hassle and stress out of this task. I was kept informed and nothing was too much trouble, I got the best deal ever too ! Very happy

First time buyer support
Being a first time buyer, i didn't anticipate how much went into actually buying a house. From the very first contact Colin and his team supported us all the way, with really helpful videos to explain every step and how we should make informed decisions to best suit us. I couldn't imagine going through this whole process without using Wallace Home Finance, buying a house is very stressful and yet Colin professionally dealt with everything that estate agents and solicitors could throw at us, so that our purchase went as smoothly as possible.
The entire team were so supportive and always happy to help, we will definitely be a client for life!

Highly recommend. Absolutely brilliant service. Colin contacted us promptly and listened to the financial advice we needed.
After a few questions and a bit of research Colin clearly explained the options available. He communicated throughout the process and even found a better deal for us than his original quote. We will definitely be using Colin and Wallace Home Finance in the future.
