Hi Kirstin. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your order did not meet your expectations.

The border on the print is indeed a border and not physical/a passepartout. We never refer to it as a passepartout in our product descriptions, but we're sorry if this was the expectation. A physical passepartout would unfortunately cover the personalized text on our prints, which is why we offer the printed border instead.

Regarding the frame, individual posters do not arrive pre-framed. This is clearly stated in the poster designer, on the frame product pages and in our FAQ. We are sorry if this was not fully clear at the time you placed the order.

We are always happy to support with returns of frames. For frame returns we charge an at cost return shipping fee of 15 EUR, since the packaging needed for frames is both large and expensive to transport.

If you have any further questions or if there is anything we can assist with, you are always welcome to contact us at care@wallpoet.com

Best regards,
Customer Service

Dyr utskrift

Hi Preben! Thank you for your feedback and our correspondence over mail. We understand your expectation was that DHL delivery would be to the home address, and over mail we have resolved the case and we're happy that you liked your print! We have also, based on your feedback, made significant adjustments to our checkout and order confirmation to clarify how the orders are delivered by respective carriers in different countries.

We're super happy that you liked your order, and we appreciate your feedback so we could improve!
