Easy to Use Website, Great Quality Product

Their website was great in terms of helping to design a picture and choose a frame. The quality of the product is also really wonderful. I bought a picture for a friend's birthday and he is thrilled.

There were delivery issues caused by Fedex (not Wallpoet's doing) but Erik intervened and made sure that the gift was delivered.

I am so happy that my friend is thrilled with his gift.

Resposta da Wallpoet

Hi Juste. Thank you for your input! We're happy to help, but we're afraid we can't find any e-mail from this name, nor any order (perhaps it was placed in another name).

Please send us a mail at care@wallpoet.com with your order number and we'll get back to you shortly to help sort this out! Best, Customer Service

Order not arrived - UPDATED

Update: Wallpoet got in touch following my review and arranged a refund. In addition, my order finally arrived today. The quality is good and I’m pleased with it and have amended my review accordingly.

I do think comms could have been better when I originally reached out however since then they have been in contact and resolved the issue.

I ordered a framed photo for my daughter’s birthday in plenty of time but after two weeks has to chase it up. Five days later a received a response to my emails and was told it was delayed due to Christmas.

I am still waiting for my order which should have arrived yesterday but hadn’t reached the UK. They are unresponsive to communication. I have requested a full refund.
