I recently ordered a custom dress from this fashion house, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The dress is absolutely beautiful, crafted with excellent quality and great attention to detail. It fits my measurements perfectly, just as I hoped.
The only thing that could have been better was the delivery time, which was a bit slower than expected. Still, the final product was well worth the wait.
Overall, I highly recommend this fashion house for anyone looking for high-quality, tailor-made clothing!

Super quick delivery even on pre order it

Disappointed. I sent my measurements and the dress did not fit accordingly. Many of the jewels were missing. The zipper did not zip down. The tail was excessively long. The boob area was way too wide even when the corset was tightened. Spending this much on a dress has been a huge regret.

Super mooie jurken heeft Walone, maar Arlinda is echt een hele slecht verkoopmedewerkster en liegt ook veel en levert slechte jurken af. Kijk uit als je bij haar terecht komt. Ik heb ruim €6000 aan jurken besteld voor zakelijk gebruik, Walone houd zich niet aan afspraken en levertijd. je krijgt alles altijd veel te laat bezorgd. ik kreeg vieze kapotte jurken. ik heb jurken op maken laten maken die niet opmaat zijn gemaakt, maar uit de showroom uit de rek is gehaald en zij hebben de jurk op maat versteld.
de jurken waren vies, kapot, verkleurd, geschuurd aan de binnenkant en heel veel kralen vallen van de jurken. Wat was de oplossing van Walone? korting bij de volgende bestelling. zij weten net wat service is en kwaliteit leveren het enige waar zij aan denken is verkopen.
mailen over klachten worden niet beantwoord en bellen lukt ook niet, je moet alles via whatsapp doen!

Nisa was so amazing! She made my experience seamless and helped every step along the way. Gem stones falling off on arrival had to glue them myself and try repair what I could had some fall off while wearing too which wasnt great considering the price

It was the best decision choosing Walone to make my engagement dress I got it within a month it was last minute and I’m so happy they made it in time ! It turned out so perfect! I want to thank Olta for assisting me !

Olta was such a great help with my measurements and making sure everything was perfect for me. I received my dress so fast, it only took about 3 days to arrive at my door. The dress itself is absolutely stunning, there are no words to describe how beautiful it is. I’m usually skeptical about ordering online, but I’m so glad I took the chance. This is my wedding dress, and I literally cried when I tried it on. Thank you so much for making this such a special experience!

I would like to thank Arlinda for making my experience extra special! She has kept in touch with me throughout this process and kept me informed for every detail. Today I went to pick up my dress, I was warmly greeted by all the staff, especially Arlinda and another member of staff (unfortunately I forgot the other girls name). I was personally given a tour of the area and was made to try the dress two times for them to tailor it to perfection. I am really in love with my dress and even more in love with the warmth that the staff showcased. In the end they gifted me a mindil which made everything better than it already was❤️

I placed my order for my dress in January. My original wedding date was May 18th 2025. I didn’t receive my dress until May 15th 2025. Which mean if I needed any alterations or had any problems. I would have been out of luck due to the delivery being so late and close to the wedding. Good thing we didn’t get married until August. But upon arrival. The dress was absolutely flawless & perfect. The fabric was high quality. I didn’t expect so much quality for the price. It most definitely exceeded my expectations. Despite the delivery being late, I was 1,000% satisfied with my purchase

THEY ARE FRAUDS!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!! I found their page in such high hopes, wanting to design my dream wedding dress with them for my wedding. In the beginning the communication on their side was so good, they agreed to everything I requested and said everything could be done. The agent made a drawing and I was still very hopeful at this point. Then when it came to paying the deposit I was so so rushed to send it quickly, even though I wanted a little bit of time to find the best way to send it. They kept saying we need to secure the fabric and that is why we’re rushing you. This is where I sensed something was off and even debated whether I should continue. But I was reassured when I mentioned my doubts and even before sending the money I made sure with them that the same exact fabric is available and THEY LIED and said yes. I had chosen a dress FROM THEIR OWN PAGE, one of their own designs.

After receiving the deposit on March 9, communication on their end stopped. My wedding was on May 2 and I asked for updates starting April 2. I asked for some sort of progress pictures and she kept saying the production team won’t send pictures or videos of them sewing it. ANOTHER LIE. They had just not started. On April 28, FOUR DAYS before my wedding they sent me a video of the dress, INCOMPLETE still at this point AND LOOKING NOTHINGGG like what I had ordered. They had used a completely different fabric, they changed this without saying a word to me. They changed the neckline completely, gave it a completely new style and used completely different rhinestones on it. I was so frustrated, I had been scammed. A completely different dress was sewn AND STILL NOT COMPLETED AND NOT SHIPPED 4 DAYS BEFORE MY WEDDING. They sent another video of people working on it sewing things on it 3 days before my wedding. There was no way they could finish it in time and have it delivered to me in time to Canada. I fought for my deposit back and they gave it back, but I was left there without a dress 3 days before my wedding.

I normally never write reviews but I would never want any other bride going through what I went through. Please be careful with these people, do not be fooled by their prompt communication. They do not care to make you what you want or send it in time.
