I’ve had a great experience with Walrus Audio across the board. The pedals sound incredible, are built solid, and most importantly for me, they perform consistently in a live worship setting where tone and reliability matter every single week. I play at Beach Church, and having gear you can trust in that environment is huge.

What really stood out though was the customer service. Joe went above and beyond to help me out, made the whole process easy, and was just genuinely cool to work with. That kind of support says a lot about the company. It’s not just great gear, it’s great people behind it, and that’s something I’d be proud to stand behind and represent.

Joe has been super helpful. I have a canvas tuner that was stripped. And he waisted no time to get the parts to me. My first package was missing a metal screw that I needed. And after emailing Joe he made sure that I’ll get that part. Shoutout Joe!! He’s so great.

Getting early notifications on the upcoming products is wonderful. the early head's up gives plenty of time to see if it fits my needs. All Walrus products are top shelf. Their Customer service, shipping and support is the best.

I bought the Fundamental Ambient pedal and it arrived 3 days later, ready to play. It is such a full sounding reverb/delay pedal. It creates an ocean like sound behind each note or cord, with three different setting to go from near to far away reverb. Perfect for sweeping audio-scapes and heavy Doom sounds.

Awesome products. Well made and crazy simple operation and the results are insanely good. So much vibe that can be easily adjusted. Delay and Ambience pedals. Can't believe how affordable!

Just got my fundamental ambient pedal yesterday. From order to doorstep was FAST. So far LOVE how easy it is to use and the range of tone I want to hear are there to work with. Both acoustic and electric it's well balanced. LOVE the pedal

The product works perfectly, and it addresses the creation of ambient music in a super-straightforward and intuitive design, a design which I believe ambient pioneers such as Brian Eno would appreciate.

Bought the Lum. Not many pedals these days have a pure distinctive tone, but its amazing! Hopefully they make a second run for all those who missed out.

Amazing product (ACS1 Mk2) and fantastic communication with the Walrus team - I really can't think of any company, within the music gear world or outside of it, that has been so thoughtful and appreciative of their customers and their needs.

I recently picked up up a Walrus EB-10 EQ pedal to add to my board. The pedal worked perfectly for what I need and was very simple to dial in. Beyond that the customer service follow up by the team at Walrus was outstanding. Liam reached out right after my pedal delivered to make sure everything was working well and I was happy with my purchase. Walrus backs up their great products with fantastic service. Highly recommended!

Just grabbed the Jupiter V2 - Insanely versatile fuzz with killer tone and gorgeous design, easily my new favorite pedal.

Just got the Canvas Tuner because I needed a tuner that I could place on my pedalboard side ways. The fact that I can also have my own choice of pics for screensavers is so great. I am very satisfied with this product!

I have always admired the aesthetic, art, and overall vibe and the way this company connected to the community and everything they’ve done to the point i knew that I wanted to buy from them one day. I never had a chance to be able to but once I had the money saved up I knew that the first thing I wanted to do was buy from WA and it did not disappoint after buying a Julia it was exactly what I was missing in my sound for my band and I can’t wait to use it on our EP and not to even mention the fantastic customer service support once I save up and am able to I will be coming back for more!

I just received my "Blem" Walrus Audio EB-10 preamp/EQ/Boost. I saw Colt demo this on a Sweetwater YouTube video and had to try it. I looked at similar products, but this unit stood out. The other EQ options were either "set and forget" or a bit too programmable for my needs. I tried this our and the functionality and EQ response is on point. I will likely never turn this off. Also, I can go easily from different guitars/pickups with the presets. The boost state is captured with the preset save so that is a plus. Great sounding pedal. Another winner from the folks at Walrus.

Walrus makes a great product. Their communication could be a little bit better but their products are top of the line. I find their product videos are generally very good because they try the pedals out differently. Some want the Pedal maxed out and some of us may want a softer touch. Generally the videos do this which I can appreciate as well as the detail on what each knob and switch do. This is also good for me because I experiment versus read manuals.
