I was sent two lighting fixtures that…

I was sent two lighting fixtures that were not what i ordered. First they asked for pictures. Then they asked for a 60-90 second video of me unboxing them and showing that they were not the right fixture. Then they said the video was too large and they can't open it and to please send a google drive link or something similar. I am being made to jump through hoops to get my situation resolved and don't believe it will be. Do not buy from this company.

PLEASE READ THIS!!!!

They sell FAKE products as if they are real and make excuses when you complain. They say the items are "NOT FAKE" but also "NOT ORIGINAL".
I'm in a dispute with them now, and I would never recommend this site.
I hope no one else gets scammed like I did.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Item was ordered December 6th. Needed as a Christmas gift, it never arrived. I tried to cancel order but was emailed back stating that was not an option. Nor can I return what I ordered (if it ever gets here...most likely being shipped from China after reading other reviews). DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

They Drop ship from china with a big markup

They basically send you things directly from china with a massive markup. You can order this stuff yourself and it will literally ship from the same place and you can save a lot. They say they offer 100% satisfaction guarantee- which is untrue. They won’t let you return anything you’re unsatisfied with. You have to prove it’s broken. Avoid at all costs

Good customer service and quality of item

I ordered one Electric Nose Lifter from this company. At the beginning I wasn't able to track my package, but I got in touch with their customer service, which was useful because they provided me with the tracking number and estimated delivery date. Then, my item arrived in 12 days and worked perfectly. Good experience!

A Rip Off Called WandaThey conveniently ignore

They conveniently ignore, or delay response to any inquiries regarding a completed (paid) purchase.
I refused a package, having discovered the item had been falsely described. After numerous inquiries, I was told my refund was to be issued within 10 days. Well, after that
period of time and at least 4 requests for information regarding the disposition of my refund, I wound up here.
Don’t deal with these people. Period.

Don't buy from Wanda Supply

Don't buy from Wanda Supply, they send you damaged items, then lie that they will refund you. Then you pay to ship the item back to them and guess what they wont pay you so your out of even more money....they are liars. Don't trust this site

Why can't there be negative numbers

There's no way of giving a negative number this is a complete scam compas I saw one other post I bought the boots that were falsely advertise and now they want me to the return cost And haven't told me anything about a refund I wish I'd known this was a Chinese before I placed the order I will never buy Chinese knowingly

I m giving it one because I cannot go lower, order the Bionase device from them, took over a month it came from China, and it does not even work. They are a scam operation, do not buy anything off them. Website and reviews false!

Took way too long

The estimated date of delivery was 12/24. I got it on 1/19. I had to actually inquire about where the product was (and would have preferred that the company take the initiative of telling me when my son would get his order and give me the option to cancel after such a long delay). The product did come and the company was responsive when I emailed, so there’s that.

Chinese Junk boots

They suck bought boots that looked durable and stitched received glued on boots with no tread on the bottom and are lighter then sandals ridiculous chinese junk

False advertising

They use false advertising. They listed vintage leather boots in the description and sent me new, cheap, vinyl boots! When asked to return, they offered me a 20% refund stating that the shipping would be too expensive since it’s international. Do not buy from this company!

Thanks to your experience, we have now improved our policies and solutions for our customers. First, we have changed our suppliers so we now manufacture good quality boots. Not only that, we have also, on mid 2023, achieved better return processes so that it's more simple for customers to return items in case they don't want to keep the received item.

they make you pay to return to another country!!!! broken item and the size chart is NOT FOR USA. I lost my entire Christmas gift and they refuse to help me.

On 2023, we now offer better return processes to our customers, so in this way, customers can have better resolutions to their problems and also, we have improved our product information so that every customer is informed about the item they are purchasing. Finally, we have improved our Customer Service email, so in this way, a customer that is interested on any item, can send us an email and we will answer with all the information requested regarding the item you are interested in.

I ordered a stove fan

I ordered a stove fan, when I received the fan it was the wrong part wouldn’t work. I contacted their representative and told them it wouldn’t work, that wanted to return the fan. He said fine that I had to prove I had it which I thought was a little strange. I took a picture and sent it to them. A week or so later they sent me a return label. I returned the fan and was refunded my money in 4 days.

Horrible service

Horrible service. Items listed are not what are shown. They refuse to return items. I would absolutely NEVER purchase from this company. Beware they will swindle you and take your money! Very dissatisfied!
