Do not buy on this page the products never arrive, the Costumer services only by mail and they are not serious, of my 3 items purchased 3 months ago they only delivered one in Texas I live in Miami, I made the claim at the bank and they there if I They wrote very quickly to remove it, don't let them steal your money

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I spent about $1400 and have not received my products. I leave voicemails and never get returned calls. I send emails and they give me excuses telling me thanks for my patience but they will not help solve the problem. Do not trust this company with your money!

Don't let Wanelo steal from you too!

I placed an order March 3, 2023 and still have not received my purse. I have left multiple voicemails and till have not received my purse. I have emailed them many times, placed a complaint and I always get the same answer. We are working on it and I have never received my money back and they say they have a guarantee. MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND THEFT SHOULD BE CHARGED TO THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF THE MONEY THEY STOLE FROM ME!

I order pair of sunglasses in November 2022 and it is May and I have not received anything says it is still processing and Wanelo says they can't issue a refund because they have not heard from the seller. I think we should get togther and sue for breach of contract.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam . I order from them in December of last year in May and I still haven’t got any of my order. I requested a refund they told a refund can’t be issued cause they don’t no the status of shipment at this point there is no shipment. One of my orders was delivered to Arizona I live in Wilson they won’t even refund me that. I’m reporting them the better bureau business today and call my bank I’m over being taken advantage of

Wanelo is a scam

I purchased something from this website and waited several months to receive it (I knew this website was notorious for taking a long time to ship). I finally reached out to their "customer support" and they told me they could not refund me because it was outside of their "60-day window". This has become a website to literally steal your money so please avoid it.

Six months and I haven't received my order

I made several purchases going back to October 2022 and did not receive any of them. This was the first time I had issues with Wanelo. They kept giving me the run around so I contacted the Better Business Bureau. They refunded all but one of my orders. They didn't refund that one because the status said it had shipped. That's been since November, 2022.They continue to send me credits, but I will not order from them again.

I order form this company 8 months ago and they keep making excuses and dont no anything of when my product will be mailed and they refuse to refund my money i have email and call and they keep giving me same response like there just ok with steeling my money, this product said 21 days and its going on a full year

I ordered in Dec 2022 and received 1 item which I wanted to return because it did not fit my iPhone.I reached out for help and could not return item in time because no one helped me. Also I have 6 other items I have not received from Dec 2022 and it says processing but not shipped. No one has helped me to get my order or refund.They responded by email and said they would check but nothing has happened. I just want all my money back and not deal with them anymore.

Placed order on 3/21/23 said 7 day…

Placed order on 3/21/23 said 7 day delivery! Its now been a month & nothing! No tracking information or expected shipping date. Justin , a customer service representative has given me the run around & flat out refusal to refund & cancel order! I was offered a 5.00 credit on my next purchase?!!! Really insulting!

Orders since September 27,2022 have not been received. Still "processing" or "ready to ship". Emails and phone calls only receive a form response or email
With "we are on it". A reallllly big joke and so disappointing . Have requested status updates, orders, or REFUNDS . None of which have been acknowledged .

I want a refund!!!

I’m concerned, i ordered from 4 or 5 stores at Wanelo, I ordered theses items in September and October, I have six items with the amount of me spending was close to 500. Not only have I not received any refunds for these orders. However Wanelo offered me a 5 dollar credit. I want a refund!’ Those items are winter things I was giving out for Christmas, yes Wanelo ruined my Christmas!!! I want a refund because this is ridiculous. It’s been over 6 months, all of the stores i ordered from still says processing. I’m going to reach out to bbb, and a couple more to stop y’all from not getting my order!!!

STAY AWAY

STAY AWAY! This company is a ofraud. I have had so many bad experiences, I don't even know where to begin. I have learned my lesson to not ever buy from them again. My last 2 experience were the worst from them all. I bought sneakers last year which said delivered, but I never received them. I showed proof from the carrier that they were sent to the wrong address, but since it was the same zip code, they didn't give me a refund. I had to repurchase them for a higher price on Dec 2022. To date, it still says "item delayed." I have emailed them more than 30 times (not exaggerating) and they reply with the same generic response saying they are sorry, but there's nothing they can do. Once again, no item and no refund. They offered me a $5 credit to spend with them which is laughable since it's more than $200 I spent. Again, STAY AWAY!

That one star is a joke because this company deserves zero stars. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. It’s been 3 months and I’ve emailed dozen of times. I’ve asked for a refund the last 4 emails and they keep sending a generic email stating they are looking into the delay. They totally ignore the request for a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM, GO TO DHGATE!!
