2nd purchase from them and quality/service are as good as they have ever been!

I am a regular customer of Wapta
I am a regular customer of Wapta, and I have never had any issues. I have purchased 10 pairs in the last 4 years.
I did however receive a faulty pair recently. I wrote to Wapta and they responded within 8 minutes of my email apologising, and explaining they will replace the pair.
I received the replacement pair within 48 hours.
The customer service and engagement with the Wapta team has always been extremely positive, and in this instance it was phenomenal.

Prompt ,honest and recycling their glasses are top marks for me....
We have used these glasses for years and until we need subscriptions from the Doc we are gonna stick with Wapta..

How to become a film star for £25
I saw a friend wearing a pair of very striking reading glasses and asked to try them on . I looked in the mirror and lo and behold there was Cary Grant looking back at me ! I had to have a pair and ordered them on line . They arrived as promised on time with a hand written note from one of the partners . I put them on and have been Cary Grant ever since ( fighting the women off !) thank you and all this joy for £25
