Wares of Knutsford Opiniões

I bought the 1 litre milk bottles and when I ticked the colour blue for lids I thought I was getting the silicone moo pops lids, when arrived they were metal, not suitable. Then I emailed to say I had received the wrong lids, I was then told that they were only for 1 pint milk bottles, so I sent back the picture and description of the 1 litre ones in silicone I had seen, the answer came back the same, this went on and on for a few days in fact I was going to return the whole order as the information on the website was misleading. In the end I received a email the advisor had been told that yes there are 1 litre tops moo pops in the size I wanted, so I ordered these and returned the metal ones. I was then refunded and after asking for a goodwill refund for all the problems I was given another small refund which was very good. So I recommend this company the products are good just make sure if you don’t want metal tops there are moo pops in the bottle size you are buying.

Order was processed and delivered very fast at a good price, and staff take very good care of my small retail orders. The product is good and enables me to re-use jars for my home preserves with the new lids, saving money and environmental impact.

Swift delivery, jars very well packed and a great price. Will be coming back for more.

Great, polite and efficient service over the phone as always. I can't remember the first time I used Wares of Knutsford. But I can't imagine why I would ever need to use any other supplier. In fact when I phoned to place this year's order I was delighted to be told that they had reduced the price of their jars. Also the delivery charge was FREE. I've been using Wares for many years and there's no doubt that I'll continue. Thank you!! Keep up the great work!

I was delighted to receive my jars so promptly and also thrilled that you sent both red and blue lids as requested.
Thankyou

I have been buying my jars from Wares of Knutsford for years and am very happy with their quality of products and service.
And the occasional special offers of free delivery, or a price drop are very welcome.
And they have a huge choice of glasses, bottles and jars.

Delivery made well inside the timescale given, items well presented and protected and as usual the quality is first rate

I always buy my preserve labels from here so not a new experience. Always great communication, really fast delivery & a multitude of designs to choose from that look great on your finished products.
