Love the product. Awful customer service
Placed a second order and followed it up with an email request. This was because you sent my first 'Heron' cushion with no heron on it, except the top of a heron head at the bottom. All I asked was that when you 'pick' the four cushions, could the person picking them just make sure the heron design was more centrally visible please, if possible. The cushion is called 'Heron' and I am buying it because I like that design, so it would be nice if I could see one! However the reply was obtuse and went into how the cushion material was cut to reduce wasteage. I know that, i didnt ask that and wasnt asking you to custom make them! I was just asking you to 'pick' 4 with a noticeable heron on them and used the word 'pick', therefore there was no misunderstanding. I followed it up but that email has been ignored. Very poor especially as you have a Royal Warrant!!

I still have to work on getting a trade account from thousands of miles away.
Eventually I might have a problem with a customer that wants your detailed fabric that no one else carries.

Lovely sample but no contact 9 weeks post ordering and no sign of delivery
I really loved the sample I received, but unfortunately have received radio silence when asking for an update on the order, which I placed nine weeks ago.
I was told to expect an eight week wait time, but having heard nothing in response to my emails on the headboard- Warner House, grateful if you could please respond to my messages about whereabouts of the headboard. Even if not fully ready to go, having a sense of when I will receive it / if it has been made would allay concerns that this is a fraudulent website.
UPDATE: received the headboard, and as per note below did quite quickly get a response back. Absolutely LOVE the headboard, stunning material and beautifully made. Thank you all!!

From investigation, I believe you had sent your initial enquiries to a no-reply customer service email address which is not monitored by our team. These emails are solely for sending out order confirmations.
I can see that your email to our customer care team yesterday was picked up today by Elana who i believe has explained the situation regarding your headboard.
There is a slight back log at the upholsterers but your order is well underway! We sincerely apologise for the delay on your order but hope it will be worth the wait!

I found among the samples I selected the perfect fabric for my curtains, and will be ordering through my curtain maker soon. Not cheap but beautiful silk and cotton . . . I looked through dozens of fabrics and this was the most beautiful.
