Good old fashioned service
We were not able to be at the clearance site and relied on contractors to do a good job and communicate about what they'd done & weren't able to do etc. At first we used Litta (you are expected you to download the app, and communication was difficult) then Clearabee (impossible to get through to operations team for more info) we then tried Waste King. Good old fashioned person-on-the-end of the phone. As helpful as can be. They did a great job to a very tight deadline - very happy with the result.

So helpful solved a problem I had
So helpful solved a problem I had. Delivery was on time and driver gave good advice as well as not ripping up my gravel drive which I was concerned about. Used them as my neighbour said he’d recommend them. They had a lot of skips over the summer.

Steve arrived on time after calling me beforehand he’s such a lovely guy very professional and enthusiastic. He cleared my front garden effectively, respecting the property. I’m not that great at using computers but it was so easy to book online. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone I know.

Charged an extra £132 for garden waste…
Charged an extra £132 for garden waste that was mixed, i.e greenery and soil.
Load was full after 2/3 of the soil was taken so none of the separated greenery was collected. The extra charge still stood. Get a skip

Terrible service
Terrible service. Skip arrived two days late and wasn’t collected for FIVE weeks, even though I kept calling every week. Only after my client complained did they finally take it away. Never again.
