Worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. Actually I rarely dealt with them because they do not respond at all, their tracking system is absolutely horrible, I ordered 3 weeks ago and now I have no idea where my shipment is.

Placed an order 4 weeks ago, till this day still not delivered and no track and trace. Out of nowhere i got refunded €70 from my €180 order, they say an item was not in stock. I ordered all items when they where in stock. They did not tell me which item was nog in stock and was refunded. They don’t answer the mails i send them.

I hope i recieve my order this week.

It has been the worst experience i ever had while placing an order from an expensive brand.

Købte et par bukser. Bukserne jeg modtog kom i god stand og rigtig kod kvalitet. Deres levering var hurtig, der gik en uge også var de her. De mails man modtager er på fransk, som man kan forvente. Men ellers er deres hjemmeside super god, og man kan roligt købe der inden fra hvis man er fra Danmark.

Pacco ordinato il 26 luglio. Ancora in attesa ad oggi, 10 ottobre, nonostante secondo loro sia stato consegnato. Mai arrivato. Servizio clienti inesistente.

You guys screwed up my orders before, but never as bad as this time. For sure not going to be ordering again from you guys. You guys used to be my fav brand but after all this BS yall ain’t worth my money. Never even got an apology for the lies and the bad service. Seems like a bunch of junkies are working at this brand now 🤢 disgusting

i placed 2 weeks ago a medium/big order of almost 400 euros, and it arrived today after 2 weeks. I very satisfied about the merch which arrived, but I give 4 stars for the package tracking not being completely clear

Commande arrivée, le tissus du pull est de qualité correct mais le flocage est médiocre. Des défauts sont visible type débordement d'impression. Avant même d'être lavé, le flocage craque à certain endroit et commence à se décoller.. il faudrait penser à rehausser la qualité pour des prix si élevé !

Servizio pessimo , ho ordinato 2 magliette ben 2 mesi fa e non le ho mai ricevute. Ho provato a contattare il servizio clienti via mail senza avere alcun riscontro chiaro. Ho anche provato a contattarlo in chiamata ma al call-center non risponde nessuno nonostante ci sia scritto sul sito che è aperto dalle 10 alle 18 (ed ho chiamato alle 18)

I was tempted to give 3 stars for the shipping prices and for the bad tracking of the delivery but the quality of the overall item it’s perfect. I love it.
