Ordered two T-Shirts that needed quick shipping due to a holiday. I messaged the guys at Wasted Heroes to see if, on the off chance, they could ship the items faster. Received a response within minutes confirming they would ensure they were sent the same day in time for holiday. Great experience and customer service! Highly recommend.

Just discovered this independent clothing brand, and I'm in love! Wicked designs, great quality, amazing service. I'd left it a bit late buying my t-shirts before my trip to IBZ next week, but Derek was able to arrange speedy delivery. Will 100% be back for more... :-)

I had my eye on t shirts from wasted heroes for a while then spotted an offer for 15% off so took the plunge and ordered 3. Upon ordering it was stated that it could take up to 7-10 days for orders to be despatched which was fine because as long as a company is up front with delivery times then your expectations are managed. The t shirts arrived and were tremendous quality and most importantly actually looked like what I had ordered on line in terms of colours and designs which isn’t always the case when you order on line due to light conditions in the photos etc so I was really pleased these arrived as I had envisaged them. I had mistakenly ordered a wrong item so I got in touch with Derek who advised me to return it with a note stating what it was I was looking for and he would organise an exchange. The new item arrived within 5 days and is exactly what I was looking for. I am about a 40 inch chest and the size medium in “normal” was a nice slim fit on me but I’d say go up a size if you want a baggier fit or go for the oversize option as there are plenty of choices on their website and good info on sizing. I’ll be using this company again for t shirts given the quality and variety of designs and the great customer service i received

I’ve just received my second order from wasted heroes, the quality of the fabrics and print used are top notch and I always get lots of compliments when wearing them, I’ve got sweatshirts and T-shirts and I can’t fault either of them plus the customer service is gold standard, I would most definitely recommend, especially for when you’re feeling a bit nostalgic about the good ol’ days!!

I placed an order well in advance of a festival and even emailed ahead to confirm it would dispatch on time. They assured me it would be marked for the required date. After that, I heard nothing for a week. The deadline came and went, and only when I chased them did they respond—saying their equipment was broken. I had to cancel the order. Poor communication and unreliability. Don’t waste your time.

Just taken delivery of one of the special addition “block rocking beats” Tees. I’ve a purchased a few other tees and jackets over the last few years but this is the best yet. Quality, sizing, colour, pricing and design all bang-on and great customer service - if you send WH an email you will get a response back. I don’t usually gush over things I buy but I make an exception for WH. Love what they do and how they do it, for an old skool raver they just keep a little bit of that dream alive.

Fantastic company that truly value their customers. The customer support team are genuine and will do everything they can for the customer.
This order was for the WH football jersey in green, quality is excellent and the fit is bang on!

I bought three T-shirts from Wasted Heroes for a friend's 30th just before we went away to Berlin. I contacted them and asked if I could organise expedited delivery, and they were very responsive and sent them the next day!

Very nice people working there, the order arrived nicely packed, sticker and a letter is always a lovely touch. You can tell right aways they ain't saving money on production, top quality fabric, the print is done how It should be and the designs are sick! Definitely check them out!

I messaged previously about an order in time for us going to time warp and I recieved an email straight away next morning from Derek. He managed to find me an item I was looking for and personally posted it out to me the same day. He even gave me a wee message on the card to enjoy our trip. I received this the next day absolutely brilliant customer service and will order again ;)

1st class service from the company. I told them I needed the T -shirt for a Billy Gillies gig in Toon this Friday night and they pushed me to the front of the print queue and delivered it within a couple of days. Great personal touch, with a nice email to me and the quality of the T-shirt is top notch. Feels like the thickest grade cotton you get and a beautiful print! LOVE IT!
