Quick, efficient and respectful
Let's start from communication: If you are looking for a company that knows what after sales it's means, this is the right ones! Prompt and clear answers if you have any doubt on what you can throw in the skip and what not.
Delivery and collection: My dogs are very attentive and any noise they are getting in alert. The delivery day no one realised that the skip was ready at the door, quickly and very respectful.
Price: average price, but with a great customer service.

Excellent Service
We have used WasteOnline previously and find the service exceptional. Skips are delivered and collected on time and the service is very efficient. There is a good selection of skip sizes to suit a variety of needs and there are clear guidelines provided of items not to be disposed of in a skip.
You receive regular email updates to confirm your skip is being delivered and reminders of the collection date.
Overall an excellent service

Poor Customer Service
Delivered wrong size skip had to take photo to prove it no compensation offered only difference in skip cost when challenged as I still have stuff to get rid of offered a minuscule amount, having worked in customer service for 30 years plus believe me this is very poor service
So have gone to a different company far more helpful and accommodating

Hi Helen, unfortunatly as the wrong skip had been delivered by mistake we do need pictures or measurements to evidence this to our supplier. As we weren't informed until the skip had been filled this couldnt have been swapped over & I can see we offered a partial redund on your skip & a discount on a future order.

The price for the skip was very good…
The price for the skip was very good but it took them a further week after the collection date to pict up. This caused a few problems for space t place other deliveries.
