Failed to deliver but took payment
Secure bin ordered and paid for, failed to be delivered not once, but twice. Two weeks after original date of delivery promised it has still not arrived.

Fabulous company that gets the job done for a really good price. Always very helpful and I would recommend them always. We are a small cafe and appreciate the service when it comes to cleaning our traps.

We apologise for inconvenience and delay in this instance. Due to limited truck options in this area (Townsville) our options were limited. When we sought to deliver bin to site it was waived away due to poor experience with that brand previously. We were unaware this would be an issue prior - in retrospect we should have confirmed with site. We have thus not been providing collections to this business. We are consistently seeking to increase our collection abilities in all service areas.

They have been very quick to set us up, communication is great, No complaints :)

Service when we needed it
Our local service was not accepting new customers. Waster were able to get us up and running at a great price. Delivery of our bins was as planned and agreed. Any changes in our service have been communicated clearly. This has been a great all round experience and service.
