This is my first experience with Waste.com.au but very happy with it.
They are doing great services & quick response when I need.
Besides of cost, it is very important for me as a small business emplyer.

Excellent service, very efficient customer service and looks after their customers.
I came across waster while looking for bin services. We just started a business hence were unsure on waste etc, and couple of others I had contacted said my requirements were too small. Waster's service from day1 has been great, we have since increased the pickups, added bins etc. Most of all, they contacted us during Vic lockdown to cancel pickups, as business was closed.

Reminders the day before pick up and flexible options to change dates if required. Great service.

Overall it’s good for me, but just missing the collection one time for a whole week. Hope you can improve your efficiency:)

We only started with Waster.com.au and so far we are absolutely happy with their service.

We have been using this service for some time now and have found Waster to be extremely efficient and easy to deal with, the staff are also very helpful and pleasant.
Unfortunately we could not continue with this service due to the current premises having their own waste facilities so we now have to transfer over to this service.

Quick and easy to setup. Easy ongoing communication. Excellent company.

Disgraceful service as they charge us on time but they never empty the bins on time. All the business owners should be careful of these kind of opeators as it directly adfects the operation.

Great response time to emails and very easy to deal with.

I am really pleased with the professional and kind pleasant person (Lana?) I usually speak to over the phone. Prompt pick up of my BLUE SECURITY BIN is also organised efficiently every 6 weeks.
