Company did not timely remove its dumpster!
This company left their dumpster on my property for an entire extra week. When I called to insist they come get it, they agreed to give me a $50 refund but they never did. Then they actually charged me for overage even though I could not control whether passersby placed items in the dumpster after they failed to come get it in a timely manner. When I called to request the promised $50 refund and reversal of the overage (less than $20), they said they would investigate and call back but never did and never provided the refund.

BEWARE
BEWARE! DO NO USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A 3RD PARTY. The call around and negotiate rates with the locals that don't have the resources to market. They take there price and mark it up. You are better off just googling for the area that you are in. When you get a Quote they have reduced the weight that you can load in it to get you a price knowing that you cant utilize the entire size of the container to get the business. Later to find out you have been charged extra for over the weight! without authorizing with you first. This has happen twice on different projects with Aubrey Wall with no accountability from him or management.

Booking, delivery, and pickup was super easy! I got an 11 yard residential dumpster for a rental property. The representative was very helpful in determining the best size for my needs, and worked with my schedule.

Outstanding Service from Aubrey at Waste Removal USA!
Aubrey has been reaching out to us for quite some time, and although we didn’t have an immediate need, he always remained professional and courteous. When the time finally came that our office needed a dumpster, he was the first person I thought of—and I’m so glad I reached out to him.

Quick and fast response, I told the company what it would be used for (household Junk items and Furniture) and they got me scheduled fight away to drop off the 15 yard dumpster on 1/16.

Satisfactory experiene with this company
The trash bin was delivered on the morning of the day expected just where we had asked. It was also picked up in a timely fashion. There was a small amount of trash still in the bin when it was delivered however.

My first dumpster rental experience
This was my first experience renting a dumpster. I needed it in Liberty, SC. The process was very easy and delivery was quick. The sales person was very nice and knowledgeable. I called for the dumpster the Tuesday before Thanksgiving after 5pm and it was on site Wednesday. The rental period offered was more than enough time and pickup was prompt when I called. If I ever need a dumpster again, I won't hesitate to call Waste Removal USA.
