Thank you for your review and the kind words regarding our customer service team. We are incredibly sorry that your watch remains missing and completely understand your deep frustration over this situation.

To clarify, while we offer managed shipping, you opted to arrange the courier independently. We securely packed the watch and your courier successfully scanned it upon collection from us. Unfortunately, tracking indicates that FedEx subsequently misplaced the package.

As this was arranged by yourself directly with FedEx, they will only discuss the investigation with you as the account holder. Despite our repeated attempts to intervene and trace the item on your behalf, FedEx has restricted our access to the case.

We sincerely hope FedEx resolves your claim quickly, and we remain fully available to provide any documentation or proof of collection you need to support your case with them.

We want to address the inaccuracies in your statement to provide a clear and factual picture of this transaction.

As stated in our terms and on all listings, any watch presented without an in-date service warranty or receipt is expected to require a service. Your purchase was a 1960s watch-only item, meaning a routine service was always to be expected.

You also claim the watch arrived broken and that we have refused accountability. However, we have been in continuous communication with you and have provided clear video evidence showing the watch functioning properly at the exact moment it was securely packed for dispatch.

Since you opted for shipping, transit insurance was applied to protect against damage en route. We guided you through opening a damage claim with our shipping partner, which you successfully initiated and as of the time of this review, is currently being processed.
