Resposta da Watches of America
Hi Alice, thank you for your feedback and sorry that you feel this way. We inspect every watch before sending it out, and its a rare case where the battery stops on the way to the new owner. However, if you have spent anything, just send us the invoice and we will give you the amount in store credit. Regards, Nelson

Hi Allen, thank you for your feedback and sorry about your experience. This is the fault of DHL express and not ours, we have opened an investigation with them and they say it has been delivered. We could have solved this issue for you but you already opened a chargeback unfortunately. Regards, Nelson

Hi Khan,
Your order had been flagged by our system as fraudulent order and was cancelled automatically due to many reasons mainly because:
- Shipping address is 12268 km from location of IP address
- The billing address is listed as United States, but the order was placed from Pakistan
We have refunded the amount to your card and informed you by email, so please check your email folders (Inbox , promotion tab or spam) and you will find our email.
Best Regards.
On time service I will be getting more
