Visited the store with my husband to collect/finalise the purchase of a watch that was very special to him. He had paid a deposit online, we had been given the option of postal delivery and Heather had explained whilst confirming receipt of the deposit, what this would entail. As the store is only an hour away we chose to collect in person. The store itself is lovely and was easy to find, staff were so welcoming, greeting us as we entered and one member went to collect the watch whilst Heather welcomed us further and provided a hospitality drink.
My husband has walking/standing difficulties and whilst there are steps into the shop, once in everything was on one level, with seats in the watch showroom should they be needed.
At no point did we feel rushed or pressured. There was never any question we would be getting the watch, but there was no pressure to 'check out and p...off'.
Heather gave us a full run down of the watch and the paperwork, ensuring we were 100% happy with everything before purchase. They also offer onsite strap adjustment if needed.
The watch itself was excellent, with box and papers and a very good price.
I cannot recommend this company enough. I've been in plenty of high end/premium shops - including very big brands - and they are not a patch on Watches of Whitby, real, genuine people offering fantastic products and a premium service.

Just sold my Tudor Ranger to Watches of Whitby - excellent service, I e-mailed their form and pictures of my watch, received an offer and took the watch in - no haggling just paid the agreed amount 10/10

I’ve dealt with AD’s and I have to say the staff here are friendly, polite and nothing but helpful
I even asked if the deposit id paid could be transferred to the other watch I was looking at if I changed my mind, and was told that’s not a problem
I’ve sold 3 watches to Watches of Whitby and this is also quick and smooth and payment made on the spot
I won’t look anywhere else now for a watch and would advise others to pop in, you won’t be disappointed

Having never bought a Watch via distance / post before was a bit aprehensive , but there was no need . A Fantastic experience on a very rare watch . Packaging was Bullet Proof , Special D next day , some nice unexpected touches were included such as a protective Travel pouch and a cleaning cloth , a small pouch to carry the Watch tags - just made it feel extra special and is a very nice touch . The Watch itself was perfect , stunning item all as described .
The staff were extra helpfull . All in all a great experience .

Fantastic service from start to finish when purchasing a Rolex JC, a reliable and trustworthy service. Watch was advertised as a 9/10 but on inspection was definitely a 10/10. A team I know I could trust in future.

Fantastic experience with Watches of Whitby. Recently purchased a pre-owned Rolex submariner and the process was seamless. The watch received was in excellent condition and as described on their website. Initially had reservations about purchasing online but speaking with the team and walking through the process I was made comfortable and assured. Following settling the full payment, my watch arrived next day. Honestly feel like I have bought a new watch without having the indefinite wait time…I would thoroughly recommend Watches of Whitby if you are considering a pre-owned watch. Great all round service and offer a good range of luxury pre-owned watches at competitive prices.

This is my second purchase from Watches of Whitby and I’ve had another great experience. The team are really friendly and easy to talk to, which makes a big difference when you’re buying a watch. They’re always happy to answer questions and you can tell they genuinely know what they’re talking about.

Everything felt professional from start to finish, and the whole process was smooth and straightforward. Delivery was also very quick, which was a nice bonus.

Its very rare in this day and age, I find, to have a perfect service from end to end of any purchase.
