One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an online company.

I ordered two watches from Watchlyx back in December and never received anything. By January, I requested a refund — and that’s when the real nightmare began. Since then, it’s been nothing but excuses, unanswered calls (to the number listed on their own website), and pointless automated emails from a bot called “Emma.”

After weeks of getting nowhere, I had to involve my bank just to get my money back, which they thankfully resolved last month.

Now, despite all this, Watchlyx keeps emailing me with threats — claiming the parcel was delivered (it wasn’t) and demanding I either return it or pay for it. They’re even mentioning debt collectors and fraud reports, which is completely baseless and frankly laughable.

Avoid this company unless you want unnecessary stress and a complete lack of accountability.

This is a fraudulent company running a scam. They make the watches attractive so you buy, then cancel the order saying no stock or similair. They will then send you emails demanding payment for the ''delivered'' item and threaten court action. Their scam is documented and I have reported them to action fraud. Avoid them at all costs .

Fake watchs, customer services never respond. Do not buy & avoid no matter how good the deal seems. If you do buy, please use a credit card to pay so you will be protected fro this godforsaken company.

I had written a review earlier about how this company not only failed to deliver my order, but also ignored multiple messages I had sent over, including one instructing a cancellation of the order after it never arrived for over 6 weeks. With no response, I had cancelled the transaction with my credit card provider.

Months later, I received a threat from their legal team telling me that according to their independent reviews, the watch had been delivered, and I had the option to either pay or send the watch back in 14 days before they sent debt collection services. I wrote a long email back detailing our interactions and how the watch had never arrived, only for their customer sevice team to reply and tell me that the watch is actually on the way in transit! (4.5 months after I had placed my order) This company is not only fraudulent but also entirely dishonest and quite frankly runs an illegal operation. I have reported this company to Trading Standards and would encourage all to do the same.

Terrible company have written 20 emails about getting a replacement for my watch strap which broke after 3 wears and all I ever get back is someone will be in contact in 24/48 hours but they never do and when you call them it’s an automatic service that says the same thing, would never buy anything else from them , wish I had read the reviews first , they are the worse company ever, do not buy from this company

Scammers of the highest order ! No watch no communication no refund then send me invoice for item that’s no returned ! What a joke and fraudulent so called company ! There email response is AI !! Stay well clear

I bought a Burberry watch and it was faulty on the fastener I’ve been emailing daily for last 3 months saying it’s going to a specialist “Amy” is a robot on phone and email when contacting been promised a refund or replacement and it’s now been 3 months without a call from a “specialist” or any human contact will not buy again from here

Please do not order a watch from this company. I ordered my husband a Burberry watch in November 2025 for a Christmas present. It arrived in December and when I presented it to my husband the strap was too big so took to 3 jewellers all of whom confirmed the strap was faulty and I needed to go back to where I purchased from. From January 2026 to the beginning of April I have sent 18 emails. I get a response to say someone will get back to me within 24/48 hours and then I find myself chasing again. You are not able to call them as they have an automated response when you try calling their number. I have had one person respond every time called Amy who states each time I will get a response back but I have yet to receive one. I only wish I had read the appauling reviews before I ordered from this company. I am now reporting them to Trading Standards.

I ordered a watch back in June. I immediately issued a return (in accordance with their return policy), and they never sent me the return authorization. I have been writing to them for 10 months and they *do* respond but they have never sent me the return authorization, so of course I've never received a refund. At some point I initiated a credit card dispute, they wrote to me saying that in order to process my refund I would have to end my credit card dispute. I ended the credit card dispute and they never sent me the refund or the return authorization.

I also wrote a one-start review in the past on Trustpilot, and they actually sent me a letter threatening legal action against me. They managed to send that but not my refund or return authorization! If you read all the bad reviews on here you'll know they are a scam company that steals money selling mostly fake watches, never providing refunds, etc. They also extort Trustpilot to take down bad reviews so you should really be seeing a lot more bad reviews. Never ever buy from this company.

4months of chasing a refund no response

Anyone with issues with this company, you have 120 days to initiate a chargeback on your debit or credit card. This is what I did as they are selling fakes, my watch was verified as fake by Tissot UK, I have my money back.

I would give zero stars if I could. This company is beyond a joke, and their customer service is an absolute mess.

I ordered a watch last year before Christmas, completely unaware of the reviews- my mistake. Since then, I’ve received nothing but frustration and harassment. The watch was never delivered, despite being given a tracking number. The so-called “proof of delivery” was just a completely blurred image, which proves nothing. I can confidently say the item was never received.

Since then, there has been no meaningful communication, only repeated attempts from them to chase me regarding goods I never received, even though I paid upfront. I’ve had no choice but to try and recover the money through my bank.

This has been an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience. Without a doubt, this is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I genuinely don’t understand how they are still allowed to operate.

Appalling customer service. Very late delivery of product. Wrong product delivered ( cheaper watch than the one ordered and paid for). Returned watch using their process and asked for the correct watch to be sent. Instead they processed a refund and kept a 15% restocking fee. I have written to them many times asking for this fee to be refunded. They have delayed in replies consistently but when they have replied they have acknowledged their error and promised to refund the fee but then Done nothing. It is now April 11 2026. This started i. November 2025. I have emails to back up everything I say here.

What’s worse they have no started using an AI agent to respond to emails and send the same rubbish time and time again. Avoid this company like the plague - it’s not worth the hassle even if you manage to get a watch slightly cheaper than main stream outlets.

Hey guys please never buy from a company called watchlyx if your item gets lost or damaged u will never get a refund ive been promised & promised since December all I get is promises 2 get contacted by there refund within 24/48hrs never heard 1 thing from them in 5month company are a joke. J'ai commandé cette montre Seiko SPB143 sur ce site mi-janvier 2026. Après avoir lu certains commentaires négatifs (retard impressionnant de livraison, qualité douteuse..), j'ai commencé à douter fortement.. J'ai donc illico fait part de mon inquiétude auprès du site marchand qui m'a répondu que j'avais de toute façon 14 jours d'essais... Ensuite je peux vous assurer que tout c'est parfaitement déroulé: suivi m'annonçant que la montre était en transit, suivi de livraison avec numéro de traçabilité et ensuite livraison au domicile après une dizaine de jours avec un emballage parfait. Que veut le peuple ? La montre était conforme à mes attentes à un prix nettement inférieur du prix conseillé. Ce sont probablement des montres NOS (nieuw old stock) mais je n' ai aucun souci avec ça... Pour moi l'expérience a été positive, la Seiko est parfaite, avec la garantie d'usine ..

I ordered my wife a watch in November of 2025 it is no April of 2026 and I still haven’t received the watch or a refund. They kee saying they are going to escalate it to a higher manager and they will call back in 24 to 48 hours. This has been going on for five months now I have not heard from one person.

Returned my fake watch they sent me but they said I had been giving a refund for the return item but I hadn't so my bank stepped in and refunded me they then sent me a email saying they was going to take me to court unless I pay them for the watch again even tho it was returned and signed for by them 😡.... AVOID THIS SCAM AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE....

In early December 2025, I bought a watch that arrived significantly late and was damaged. I've been trying to get my money back since January 2026, and I still haven't received it, and it's been almost four months since I returned the watch! I don't recommend this company. They charged the money for the watch immediately, but they can't even return it! I'm left without my money and my watch!

#25726 Was my order number. I’m nearly 60 years old and was never ever fooled online till I dealt with Watchlyx……total let down on the Christmas delivery and the customer service is totally run by an AI BOT.

I’m left with a dodgy watch that cost £800 with no return options.
