OK but the “feed” for MSNOW has a continuous issue they cannot seem to correct or don’t wish to correct. But, you get what you pay for!

The paid service is not much better than the free one. It’s rare that the screen is as it should be. It’s either cropped out or zoomed WAY in. The quality of the video can be terrible, and often the sound and the video are out of sync. And then suddenly for no apparent reason it cuts out. I only subscribe to this terrible website because in Canada I can’t subscribe to the networks themselves and I have no other choice. They have been promising an Apple TV app for years….i can’t make it work without an HDMI cable

I’ve been a customer from Canada for years. I mainly have service to access msnow and other American channels. I love it when I have a good day but usually there r glitches screen blacks out sound gets wobbly screen becomes tiny. From some reviews I’ve gathered service to Canada is filled with these issues so haven’t really complained about it however would love an improved service.

KYBN Radio 98.10 FM is an International Broadcasting Network, and we have been a paying subscriber to NewsWatchPro for our news feeds for several years.

To be fair, when the service works, it is 100% on point. Additionally, the annual pricing is extremely competitive and hard to beat. However, reliability remains a serious and ongoing issue.

There are repeated instances where the service goes down entirely—and even more concerning, the “alternative” channel fails at the same time. For a professional broadcasting network that depends on uninterrupted news delivery, this is simply unacceptable. A backup system that fails alongside the primary feed defeats its entire purpose.

Over the years, I have made multiple suggestions to their staff in an effort to help improve performance. One practical solution would be to consider offering a dedicated single-stream option (even at an additional cost). This could reduce system strain and provide customers with a more stable, uninterrupted service, while also generating additional revenue to support infrastructure improvements.

As a broadcasting network, we do not experience these types of failures within our own operations. In fact, we have even offered our assistance to NewsWatchPro to help strengthen and elevate their service to a truly reliable, world-class news streaming platform.

At this stage, the issue is not potential—it is execution. NewsWatchPro has the foundation of a great service, but until reliability and redundancy are properly addressed, it falls short of the standard required for professional broadcasting.

I paid for a one year subscription and within 3-4 weeks started having A LOT of trouble streaming their channels. Sound would get garbled, many different error codes would pop up when the video stopped playing, sometimes the server was "unavailable", and on and on it went. I contacted support many times and it seemed like they were aware of the problems. At one point they promised me it would be fixed "permanently" by the next day. It was not, and the problems continued. I ended up subscribing to something else and asked for a prorated refund for the 10 months that were left on my subscription. Surprise, I never heard from them again.

This is a good organization,there service is very good and I like it because I don't have to use cable service just to get the news programs I like.

I appreciate the diversity of choice WatchNewsPro provides for an affordable price. Yes, I am aware of the occasional buffering issues - they do not diminish my gratitude for this inclusive service.

We subscribe to WatchNewsPro mainly to be able to see Fox News. Some days it is quite discouraging as Fox News picture breaks up, has no volume and sometimes goes off air without explanation.

This service is reasonable value. However, there is often interruption of service on some networks for example Fox Business

News pro is a great way to watch news without a regular TV subscription. Good site.

I love to be able to watch CNN & MS NOW, but extremely frequently, Resolution is as awful as the non paying service. Frequently cannot connect at all.
I do not know for how long I will continue paying.

Much better lately. Many glitches -look like all channels act up I was taking it personal when I first signed up but it still happens much less frequently than in the beginning. When it’s working it’s perfect
All it’s missing is DVR - maybe that will happen when glitches are fixed

Have been a subscriber for a few years. The system works well and is very reliable. In the past I had some reliability issues and headaches with casting. More recently I have started using the Roku app for WatchNews.pro and it is really great. It’s now my favorite news app with many great options for news feeds.

The service is not dependable. It has been on and off for several days. They can't seem to fix the problem. We will be cancelling.

I use it only for watching Fox news. I've been a subscriber for over a year. Hardly a week goes by that it doesn't go down for a variety of reasons...but I email Shabbir and he usually corrects the issue right away.
I chose April first as the date of the issue because it won't let me say it is z reoccurring issue

Garbage service. It does not cast with airplay or Chromecast unless you use a mirroring program which results in choppy playback and/or no sound. Tried using the Samsung TV web browser and sound does not come through on any of the channels. So if you want something you can watch news on other than your mobile device. Move along. This is a waste of money.

Mostly the low price, which makes the occasional hiccup more that tolerable. Right now I get Fox News Streaming service and they aggravate me more than this one, and it costs a lot more! A few more improvements here, and I will be abandoning Fox. Plus I get Bloomberg and CNBC. I would spend more for the ability to pause the video, for example. Thanks!

Good alternative to expensive Satellite or cable and the feeds do pretty well. Wish they would add the ability to record and do playback, that would take this service to a higher level. Highly Recommend, give it a try!

I bought this service just so I could watch a few cable news feeds. I watch the Fox News Channel about 90% of the time, but during peak viewing hours it logs itself off and gives an error message that it cannot load a certain feed. Then I go to the Alternative link, but often that is intermittent. I'm sure Fox News is the most popular channel, so this vendor needs to fix the bandwidth problem.
