We brought a Rolex watch from ‘watch this source’ and dealt with James throughout. He was very knowledgeable in his watches, professional, and a genuinely nice guy. We met at his showroom/ office which was a lovely setting. And our daughter was absolutely delighted with her 21st birthday present.

Bought my first Tudor from them online. It was more than a fair price and cominication was excellent. I reserved the watch for the following month for a small deposit with no issues. When I was ready for the watch I told James what day worked best for me to receive it and he did his best to ensure that it arrived on the morning I wanted.

This was my first time ever purchasing a watch — and my first Rolex — so I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but the whole experience was made incredibly easy thanks to James and Nathan.

I actually first saw the watch through their WhatsApp group where they share pieces that are coming in, which is such a great idea because you get a first look before they’re officially available. After seeing one I loved, I arranged to come and view it in person.

From the moment I arrived, James made the whole process feel relaxed and personal. The office is really comfortable and welcoming, which makes the experience feel special rather than transactional. He took the time to answer all of my questions without any pressure and talked me through everything I needed to know.

He also showed me how to properly use the watch and resized it perfectly for me there and then.

Overall, it was a genuinely great experience from start to finish — so much so that I didn’t just leave with one… I ended up buying two! One for myself and one as a gift.
