Very nice! I asked before buying how long it would take to ship to Australia. Customer service responded quickly, and their service was excellent. So I finally chose WatchwithSun, and when I received it, I can only say it was a great deal. The watch is gorgeous, and the small dial with gold chain I chose goes with almost all my outfits. 10/10!

Rachel from customer services is lovely! their watches are so reasonably priced for what u get, and considering their based in china, and i’m from the uk, the shipping was quite quick, around 2 1/2 weeks. i’m really happy with everything including the watch itself.

The watch has great details. I checked it carefully after receiving it, and the quality is perfect! Customer service was excellent. My email blocked the tracking order email, but they sent it to me again and kept following up. I think I will repurchase!

The delivery was very fast from ordering to delivery. The watch is even more beautiful than in the video! The green jades on the watchband are really beautiful. Love it!

The watch is the same as the one in the website pictures.The only issue was that it took longer than expected. But the whole shipping has clear tracking info, so I wasn't too worried. Overall, it was undoubtedly a very pleasant shopping experience.

Absolutely love my watch with tigers eye stones. Rachel was a pleasure to communicate with and answered all my questions. She sent a little watch link removal tool and it came in handy because I had to remove a few links since I have small wrists. There are also Christmas tree hair clip, jewelry bag and even a handwrite greeting card!! I’m so surprised they can offer me so many goodies in such a reasonable price. Definitely will be buying from again!

I have ordered twice from this company. Everything is delivered in a timely manner! This was a concern for me because I have ordered from other out of country companies and have had months go by before I’ve received my package. There was a delay this past holiday season BUT it was The carrier that couldn’t find my package. watchwithsun’s customer service was very responsive and worked with me to get my order delivered asap. This wasn’t something they had to do but I’m grateful for their service. They are very personable. Their products are as lovely as they appear in the website and they even have a few surprises with the delivery.
I hesitate purchasing from overseas and some countries have a very bad reputation with timely deliveries , product quality and customer service BUT that is not the case with this company. Watchwithsun is a gem. I will be ordering from them again! I’m estimating my deliveries took about 2 weeks, give or take . Very reasonable considering , in my opinion.
