Jeg afgav min ordre den 2. marts 2026, modtog en e-mail den 5. marts med teksten "A shipment from order EU-***-WD is on the way", og modtog varerne den 10. marts.

Jeg kontaktede kort kundeservice og var meget tilfreds med svaret og leveringshastigheden.

Forresten kunne sporingsoplysningerne i e-mailen "En forsendelse fra ordre EU-***-WD er på vej" ikke spores, men varen blev stadig leveret til mig meget hurtigt.

Meget tilfreds, fem stjerner.

waterdropfilter.eu og waterdropfilter.com tilhører samme firma. Førstnævnte er rettet mod EU-markedet, mens sidstnævnte er rettet mod det amerikanske marked. Dette er blevet bekræftet af kundeservice.

Decided to order K19-HG on waterdropfilter.eu filter after seeing good reviews on this brand. They claim shipping 1-2 business days, 24/7 support. 7 days later, the only info I got is that I will soon receive contact number. Nothing. Is this your brand or is that scam site?

The worst company. is the filter good?

I bought a filter with them a month ago, first time I ask for an invoice they send an invoice without any name of company, vat number, nothing. Then I ask again, they send one with 21% vat for an 800 euros order. Then I say Im a company, I have a EU VAT ID, and so the should refund me the vat, instead they send me another invoice with 0% vat, now suddenly the base price is 800 euros instead of 661 euros + vat.

Im going to find a way to see if I can lodge a complaint about this company. But the filter is already installed so its too much work to return

I've ordered the item with 3-6 days delivery on 15 December 2025. On the website the item was listed without any indication to be out of stock. On Dec 25 I contacted the merchant and received a reply that the item is not in stock and is estimated to be in stock on Dec 30. On January 5 I contacted again and received a reply that they don't know when the item will be available and if I want a refund I should reply "yes" to the email, which I immediately did. Since then I did not hear from the merchant.

I ordered a waterdrop countertop filter device on 5th of January. I didn't even think something could go wrong as it seems to be a reputable company and an official website.

However, 10 days passed, and there's no information on my order, no responses from customer service (several days passed), no way to call someone or get in touch with a human.

On the website, it says the shipping is within 3-6 business days. However, except for the confirmation of payment I haven't received a single update about my order.

An inconvenience is one, but not contacting the customer and not informing them about anything about the process suggests it's just a scam. I am reporting this to the European Commission's Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers.

Subito dopo l’acquisto del depuratore avevo lasciato una recensione positiva, poiché inizialmente il funzionamento sembrava conforme alle aspettative. Tuttavia, il sito di vendita indica che il filtro ha una durata di circa un anno, motivo per cui mi aspettavo di poter utilizzare acqua depurata al 100% per un periodo adeguato.
In realtà, dopo poche settimane di utilizzo e con un consumo medio di soli uno o due litri d’acqua al giorno, il display segnala già una capacità di depurazione ridotta al 95%, indicando quindi la necessità di sostituire il filtro con largo anticipo.
Questa situazione è fonte di forte delusione: mi chiedo quanti filtri sarà necessario sostituire nel corso di un anno e, soprattutto, durante il periodo estivo, quando il consumo di acqua aumenta significativamente.
Alla luce di quanto riscontrato, mi sento insoddisfatta e ritengo che le informazioni fornite nella pagina di vendita siano state fuorvianti.

Terrible and unprofessional. I ordered my item on the 26th of November. It was never stated that it was a pre-order item until after I paid. Then they sent me a confirmation email saying that it would be shipped within 15 days. I wait 15 days still no update. I contact their customer service which replied a day later saying that they will probably have the item by the end of the year and they could update me on that or I was given the option to cancel my order. I chose to cancel my order and already two days later no reply. I'll give them until Monday to refund me, or else I am going to flag it as fraudulent transaction.

Changed rating on 4th December.

TLDR; It's a good product and I would buy again. I'd probably buy on a larger retailer, as the distribution network is not the best.

I was concerned when I hadn’t received a single update four days after placing my order. The reply stating that you had no idea where the order was and that I needed to contact Amazon (which I’ve never dealt with) was disappointing. However, the product did arrive in perfect condition and is of great quality.

You simply need to improve your distribution network. The order was placed on November 16th and arrived on December 3rd, even though your website states that orders are processed within 48 hours and delivered within a maximum of six days.

Nonetheless, it’s a good product, and in the end, that’s what matters most.

So far things are going bad. Ordered via waterdropfilter.eu and instantly got an email saying that I would be contacted once order was ready to be shipped.

Five days later, since I had no contact whatsoever, sent an email to Customer Support that told me:

«After checking your order details, I found that this order is shipped and fulfilled by Amazon, which means we are unable to get any details about the shipment from our end.

If you need any further assistance, could you please contact Amazon's customer service? They may give you much more useful information.»

Which, honestly, is strange. If you buy on site X from company X that company should give you support, not another company.

But alas, I went and called Amazon who said the order code I have doesn't match anything on their end and looks very much like a merchant specific order code.

Where does that leave the client? I would 100% preferred to have bought this on Amazon, they never failed me like this. Even if the product is excellent, so far the experience has been stress inducing.

If you can't manage an online store, pay someone else to do it. Put your merchandize directly on Amazon. Do whatever you must to have a good customer service.

Just don't say to the client that you "are unable to get any details about the shipment" and ask him to contact a third party that's not in any way directly involved in the transaction.

This company is terrible. I strongly advise against dealing with them. I bought filters and paid extra for delivery within 5 days, and a whole month has passed and I still haven't received the order. I've contacted them several times, but they've ignored my messages and I haven't received a response yet. They are scammers and their customer service is awful.

Ordered a Waterdrop X Series Reverse Osmosis System, X8-2F2G × 1, got two filters only instead of the complete system. For issues/refund requests, you're being directed to write to customer support, which is unresponsive despite multiple attempts to make contact. Possible scam site, I've paid an expensive price to tell you from experience: don't buy from here.
