Very helpful and good service
Very helpful. They didn’t have the exact replacement part I needed for my water pick, but the online chat told me which alternative part was compatible. I ordered it and it arrived the next day. Very good service.

Got the waterpix cordless unit (roughly…
Got the waterpix cordless unit (roughly 69 euro) in August 2021 from boots. I used it once a week if even for around 20 seconds and lately the battery, power and strength is extremely low on the unit. I would say I would get 4 20 second blasts before it needs charging again (which I put on charge for 4 hours). It has a two year warranty but can't find the box or receipt anywhere. :(
