I used the quick chat facility and they were very helpful and recommended a part that would fit the water pic I have had for a few years .

Excellent service - needed replacement reservoir for Waterpik after dropping and cracking original. Fast turnaround and great price - much better than having to replace entirely!

Fantastic service and an excellent product
In addition to my Waterpik for daily use at home, I also have a travel rechargeable one and was travelling within 36 hours but couldn't find the plug for it!! Waterpik were brilliant and the replacement plug arrived the following day. Such efficient and polite service is to be celebrated, I can recommend Waterpik to use and for their efficient service.

I bought a Waterpik Cordless Waterflosser last year. The product recently developed a fault. I contacted customer service who helped me try a reset which unfortunately didn’t work. I was then asked to complete their warranty claim form. Three days later and I am in possession of a replacement product, having been kept informed throughout. Now that’s what I call excellent customer service!

I went on the website & found that what I wanted was out of stock, I then started a webchat with Holly who managed to find what I wanted but in a different colour; I asked her to order me some & she sent me a link for payment. My daughter needed a new water reservoir for her waterpik contacted Waterpik uk who let me know as soon as the spares were in ordered a replacement which arrived in a couple of days

Indispensable!
This was a replacement purchase for an earlier model which had stopped working.
This product is so much better - quieter, plugs into bathroom socket, magnetic charger, 3 power levels - and it’s an absolute joy to use, leaving my teeth & gums feeling super clean.
