Simply the best
The engineer was helpful, very knowledgeable and generally had a can do attitude. Nothing was too much trouble and he sorted out an issue that wasn't even booked in for the visit. I would not use any other company to provide my pure drinking water.

Annual service
The engineer arrived bang on time and demonstrated in-depth knowledge and competency. He was friendly but professional. We have had the Water Purification system for many years now and would never wish to be without the delicious pure water we receive from it.

Great service
I have contacted this company multiple times over the last 3 years for different services and although above average pricing found they were well stocked, had quality products and parts so worth the money.
Clear communication and above all aiming to resolve any disputes to my satisfaction.
They are busy though and you may have to wait for them but they honour their appointments and it’s worth the wait.
Give them a try.

From enquiry, to quote, to fitting, the service was outstanding. Warren knew exactly what he was doing and was very knowledgeable. He left everything very clean, you wouldn’t have known he had been there. The system worked perfectly first time and I am very pleased with it and would definitely recommend. Thank you!
