Huge thank you to Andrew for the exceptional customer service and for helping to fulfill a last minute large order for a wedding client (based in Manchester!). Wine order and delivery
Great service from waterside wines, sent a couple of emails as had a query and got very quick response. Changed my collection to delivery with no hassle at all. Very good service oh and the wine was lovely. Will be using again.

Great customer service
I accidentally ticked the “I’ll collect” instead of “Delivery” option. This was spotted and I got an email asking if it was intentional, then help in modifying the order to include delivery. I had wine in my hands within 24 hours.

Great recommendations and fast delivery
Called Waterside Wines to see if I could have a particular wine delivered very last minute in time for Christmas. I forgot the name of the guy I spoke with -sorry - but he was super helpful. Checked the stock of the wine to make sure it was there and suggested other recommendations on things he think we'd like based on our preferences. We ended up ordering a mixed case of 12 with lots of lovely wines that were looking forward to trying.
Great service and the delivery arrived the next day (to the other end of the country!

Wife's favourite wine
Great wine selection and managed to get a bottle not stocked anywhere else. The only small gripe I had was if I wanted to buy 3 bottles online I had to pay 3 postage payments (4.99) for each bottle.

Ordered my wine and was still waiting…
Ordered my wine and was still waiting for delivery 2 1/2 weeks later as it hadn't been delivered from the stockist. No communication the first week until I asked, nor the 2nd week. Decided to cancel and was told refund had been done and would be with me in 5-7 working days, no sign of refund until I asked and then it was done straight away. Lots of chasing needed.

Upon investigating your order, we identified an extremely uncommon supplier issue that was beyond our control and caused the delay with your order. It is our commitment to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. We deeply regret that we did not meet that standard in this instance.
We did, however, communicate the unforeseen delay to you, and in an effort to make amends for the inconvenience caused, we offered a complimentary magnum bottle of prosecco as a gesture of apology. We understand that these gestures may not fully compensate for the delay, but we hope they were received as a sincere expression of our regret.
Regarding the refund, we confirm that it was processed within 7 working days, as promised. We understand the importance of timely resolution, and we apologise for any additional concern caused by the delay in communication regarding the refund status.
I am however pleased to confirm this particular issue has now been resolved going forward, and our team has put procedures in place to prevent similar occurrences in the future, and we assure you that your feedback has been taken seriously.
