Apologies for the delay. Your goods left us via Royal Mail on 9th May and tracking shows them as being delivered on 17th May. 6 working days is unacceptable for delivery when they were sent on a 48-hour service. As I’m sure you can appreciate, once parcels are handed to the carrier we are relying on them to fulfil their obligations. Unfortunately, on this occasion, Royal Mail let both you and us down. Once again, please accept our apologies and I hope this will not prevent you from ordering from us in the future.

Please accept out apologies. Your order was sent via Royal Mail and tracking reported as not delivered. We despatched replacements on 16th May via Royal Mail 24 and have confirmation that they have been delivered. Very poor
Very poor. Ordered some saw blades on a Friday. Checked online at early part of following week and the status had been updated to 'shipped'. Phone them on the Wednesday as not received anything (website advised 48 hour delivery). Advised that they are out of stock and had no idea of when there would be any more available. Had received no communication from them to advise of this, and website advised that the order had been shipped.

Hi Kate. I’m sorry that we fell short of both your and our expectations. We had stock issues on the Makita blade and your order was marked as despatched in error. Makita let us down on our stock delivery which impacted our ability to fulfil your order - this is unacceptable and we sincerely apologise. Please be assured that this has now been rectified and we hope that this will not prevent you from ordering from us in the future.
Excellent and efficient service.
Uncertain of the blades I required for my Jig Saw I contacted the company by email giving details and a short time later they came back with the details and selection.
Right away I ordered and within a few days I had the blades.
An excellent service from start to finish highly recommended, will use again.

We found that our blade beats all competitors by at least £1.75 and on average around £8.00. The pack of 1 blade you ordered is priced approx £17.00 each (9.95 from us) so we think you may have found a different blade on ToolStation. Thank you
