Such a great company to deal with, delivery was super fast the boards we order are unreal. Couldn’t be happier with them, so much so I ordered another pair for a present for someone else. Definitely worth every cent.

I'll be honest, I was fooled by this brand just like many others. The marketing is slick, the reviews look impressive, and the messaging around eco-friendly, plastic-free living is compelling. But once you dig a little deeper, the cracks start to show quickly.

Take a close look at the reviewer profiles on this page. The vast majority have posted only a single review in their entire Trustpilot history, and that one review is for Wattle & Wombat. Genuine customers have review histories. This pattern is a well-known sign of incentivised or manufactured reviews, and the brand continues to claim in their public responses that all reviews are from real customers. They are not being honest with you.

On social media, critical comments and questions are being hidden from their posts. If the product and brand were everything they claim, there would be no need to silence people asking legitimate questions. This alone should tell you everything.

Their ads heavily promote custom, plastic-free packaging as a core part of their identity. What customers are actually receiving looks nothing like what is shown in marketing materials and appears to be standard direct-from-supplier packaging. It looks like the custom packaging was staged specifically for advertising purposes.

Their "50% off" promotion is also not the rotating event-based sale they claim it is. It has been running continuously for over 3 months without change. Under ACCC guidelines, a permanent discount presented as a limited time sale is misleading conduct. This has been documented and if it is not corrected, that documentation will be escalated to the relevant authorities.

Save your money and find a brand that actually stands behind what it sells.

Bought my very first Teakwood set last month and the best decision I’ve ever made. It’s so smooth in the hands and gentle on the cookware surfaces, haven’t left any scratches. It is just great. I just went and bought my daughter a set as well. If you haven’t got yours yet, do yourself a favour and go buy it. The customer service is also top notch.

I have been slowly but surely removing as much plastic from my house as possible so that's the main reason I bought Wattle & Wombat and they've made that really easy. They clean up well and don't hold onto smells or stains. Highly recommend to anyone looking to ditch the plastic in their kitchen!

The products from Wattle and Wombat are truly a beautiful addition to my kitchen and have made cooking that much more enjoyable knowing there is no microplastics getting into my food. They are stylish, aesthetic and practical and well worth the investment. The customer service is outstanding and knowing there's a small business team that truly cares and are passionate about what they are selling is comforting and well worth supporting.

Ordered a wooden utensil set after being drawn in by the eco-friendly, plastic-free branding, but the reality was very different. The products arrived smelling strongly of chemicals, which is ironic given the whole premise of the brand is about removing toxins from your kitchen.

After some digging, the utensils appear to be sourced directly from China with no real transparency about this. The "50% off" sale they advertise has been running for months, which is a classic fake discount tactic designed to create urgency that isn't real.

To top it off, when I tried to return the product for a refund, customer service was essentially non-existent. No response, no help, no resolution.

If you're looking for genuinely eco-friendly kitchenware from a brand that stands behind its products, I'd look elsewhere. This one doesn't live up to its own messaging.

I’ve been eyeing off Wattle & Wombat for ages, and wanting to switch to wood instead of silicon. I finally made the switch and I’m so impressed. My order arrived quickly, undamaged and beautifully packed. All the utensils and chopping boards are well made and look just amazing on the kitchen counter. After just one day, I’ve used most of the items and they have cleaned up easily. Thank you Wattle & Wombat for such a beautiful upgrade to our kitchen and future health.👩‍🌾💖

I purchased the whole kitchen reset bundle back in February and I’m obsessed, looking at purchasing another set to go in my car for when we go camping. ❤️❤️ The cleaning set is great, easy to re-oil and back to looking fab in no time. Definitely my most used items in my kitchen.

Ordering was simple. Items were delivered promptly and look great.
Unfortunately one chopping board was damaged in transit, but Olly at W&W provided excellent customer service and immediately shipped a replacement at no charge.
The utensils and boards look fantastic in the kitchen and are a great feature to talk about.
The best thing? No more plastics getting into the food we eat. Love it!!!!!

My daughter and I have purchased a few sets of boards and utensils
So far the boards have been fabulous
I have yet to receive the utensils ana more boards for my Daughter In Law , but my daughter has them and loves them as we are all health conscious with eliminating plastics out of our home
Any smells on the board are easily cleaned with bicarbonate ,salt and vinegar . When dry we chose fractionated coconut oil to rub on the board

I bought the whole set. They look and feel wonderful. I did have a little issue, but the communication was quick and it was resolved easily with a personal touch. Very happy customer.

Olly has been a star with his help when a ladle arrived with a chip. He sent a replacement without any issues. I love the product and using the utensils in my pans has been a dream. I would not return to using the stainless steel spoons etc that I have. I'll be buying more to complete my collection. Thankyou

Fabulous customer service, delivery and product! The wooden utensil set is just beautiful. Lovely smooth wood with great thickness handles. They wash up so nice and no stains even after using tomato bases or heavy turmeric spices. A+ for an Aussie company helping to free toxins from our everyday cooking.
