Ordered as a gift for Christmas. 3 weeks later no tracking or product received but credit card charged already. Wrote to company asking for a refund and the cancellation of my order. Instead they gave me a tracking link saying they shipped it today. Total scam.

These are not pure Titanium boards. They have rusted and now have scratch marks from knives. I am very disappointed. Wauffle is a scam!

Total scam. Package never received. Ordered 4 weeks ago. Reached out to the company, and did get a reply shockingly. They said, it was still in transit. Tracking shows it was delivered today, NICE! Only to be disappointed when I checked 😔. DO NOT...USE THIS COMPANY. I should have done better homework before ordering. Just glad I didn't order two.

These are super thin and flimsy. The website says 100 percent money back try risk free. The second you ask for a refund they say it will cost you more to send back than to keep so I’ll offer 20% off and keep the item. They ended up giving 50% off but honestly the whole thing rubbed me the wrong way. The cutting boards are crap.

SEND IT BACK! RECEIVED FULL REFUND! These are fake and rusted! Titanium does not rust!

I ordered two of these “Titanium” cutting boards. One of them rusted within a week. The 30 day return is for unused products! That was BS! I contacted customer service. It took a long time to even receive the products. Customer service tried to have me keep the rusted product and they’d send me a new one. I said no. Then they tried to offer me to keep it and give me a partial refund. I said no. I sent the product back paying for shipping. Received full refund except my shipping cost!

Stay away from this company. It took forever sending the cutting boards. The $40 included gift card doesn't work with other orders, making it useless. The online help is a joke. Pay more elsewhere--at least you'll get a quick response when you deal with a real company.

Wish I had checked this site. The board scratched with first use, and every use since then. It claims to be "scratch resistant". So if my family is consuming microplastics from my plastic cutting board why am I not consuming titanium from this one? No returns, even if product doesn't live up to expectations.

This company is a complete scam. It says 30-day money back guarantee and risk free all over their site, but it is not true. You can't get your money back unless the product is unused. It says they are scratch resistant, and they scratch at the first use. I have only been using a week and they are COVERED in scratches. I will be disputing with my credit card company for dishonesty and misleading marketing.

Please don't pay any attention to 5 star reviews; they are all fake. This is a complete scam. Don't be fooled by claims that they offer products made of "ARE 100% titanium." It's not real, and it's not even stainless steel. The item I received was so poorly made that it got scratched right away. When I requested a refund, they refused and instead asked me to leave a positive review. I strongly recommend that you stay away from this company and save your money!

I sent Wauffle emails to find out the status of my order. They did not answer my questions. Wauffle does not have a live customer service dept. You have to leave a message and then hope they call back. I tried to contact their courier, GOFO Express, to get information on my order and they put me on hold for 45 minutes and then hung up on me. These companies are fraudulent!!

I like using this product. It is easy to clean. It also saves money because I am not constantly buying plastic cutting boards.

I am very happy with your customer service. They have sent me a new cutting board pretty fast after I have reported my damaged shipment.

The knowladge bought to my attention on what i was doing to harm myself using other cutting boards, i'm so glad Wauffle came along with such a item as i was transitioning to a healthier life style,

The advertising was accurate and caught my attention and the ordering process made it easy to get on. I have been very pleased with my purchase and it is the only cutting board that I use, which is daily.

I love my cutting board. Still waiting for version 2. The only reason I didn’t give you a 5 is because I wish it arrived quicker. I have a small board and a large one. The small one is perfect when I’m just cooking for myself. So light weight, easy to transfer my chopped vegetables into a frying pan. And so easy to clean. Would love if it was cheaper, yet quality makes it worth it.

The product, titanium cutting board, works as advertised. I wish I had paid more attention to the dimensions, ( my cutting board purchased, is smaller than what I require)

The product is much better than I thought. So much so that I bought a second one and threw out 2 plastic boards. VERY pleased!
