The concept is great but process poor
The concept is great, but I fell I have been a testing platform for this card. So many bugs revealed, so many inconsistencies between the info that is transferred from the card / dashboard to the phone (which I feel is misleading); the image software doesn't work well so you cannot easily upload profile pictures and image galleries. The QR code printed on the back of the card is so small it takes ages for your phone's camera to focus on it and register. The dashboard doesn't clearly indicate which card is which; it shows a letter/number sequence on the dashboard as an identifier which is not identified on the card (as each card only has a QR code), so you have to scan each card to figure out which one is which on the dashboard... i have found the whole process very frustrating and time consuming. The support has been pretty good though in ironing out issues, however I feel that these issues should have been ironed out before going to market.

Let's clear up those points one by one!
In regards of uploading the photos, this is something related to the photo dimensions not the file size only so if you are uploading a photo with big dimensions and still small file size, it will not work, this is something we will fix on the next update and we appreciate you informing us as clients feedback is what makes our platform improve 😊
In regards to what is going to be saved on the phone, now we have added the feature of having the photo saved as well on others phones so you can start using it!
In regards to the QR codes, there is many factors that might effect including reflect light on the code or poor light that makes the camera can't read the code, I can guarantee you that this QR code size will work in a second if you point the camera on the card with the right light, other than that the size we used for your card's were around 10-15mm which is fine for a business card.
The dashboard is clearly shows the card's holder by having name for each card and as soon as you fill each card with card holder information, the names of each card will show on the dashboard, since your cards didn't have name's on the printed design so we only had a demo name's on the dashboard and as soon as you fill each card with each person information, then you will see the name reflecting on the dashboard which makes it easier to know the card holder.
