Chinese scam. The jewellry looks nothing like what is shown on the website. Cheap plastic and metal junk. I ordered several rings and earrings, all of the rings sent bore no resemblence to what I ordered, some did not arrive at all. The earrings and necklaces were such poor imitations of what was on the website they were barely reconisable. After much arguing back and forth by email I returned everything to China where after two months it is still sitting (or lost) in Shanghi customs and I still have not been refunded. Now trying to get my money back via my credit card.DO NOT order from this website

They do not allow returns and refund. There is no option to return unwanted (wrong size) items. The delivery (in the Uk) was not 3 days. Poor quality trinkets, I would not touch them with a barge pole.

I ordered 4 items to take advantage of the multiple discounts. Took almost a month to receive.
Was so excited when the package finally came but when I opened, the items, as others have said, were of very poor quality, some of the stones were like plastic, and one came in silver tone when their website shows it as gold tone. I emailed them to complain about that one item only and they offered the same 3 options: Return for refund at my shipping cost (would cost me more than the value of the item), 5% refund (why bother?) or a 30% discount on future order (aren't they closing as advertised on the website?).
Given the experience why would I order anything again?

Oh, how I wish I read these reviews before purchasing from this site.
They are complete scammers and I advise anyone DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
After placing my order for a necklace I heard nothing from them, not even any confirmation. After several emails I threatened to post a bad review (they are obviously not worried about that!)
I was finally sent a cheap piece of 'tat', probably costing 20p if that, which resembled nothing like the necklace I ordered.
After another email and photos sent comparing the items, I was offered a 5% refund while keeping the item....really!! Or a 30% discount for a future purchase....I definitely don't think so!! Or to return the item to China at my own expense for a full refund.....in my dreams!!!

Absolute rubbish. Purchased a ring and necklace which looks like a child's fake jewelry. Fraudulent site nothing like what I ordered.

WARNING! AI generated website tricking customers - other versions exist (Nola Boutique / Wendy Clarke ) all claiming to sell genuine jewellery, but in fact it's cheap fake from China.

If you have already purchased, try disputing payment via your credit card and hopefully get a refund (I did)

I would give zero stars if I could, absolute fraudsters and scammers, not a shop in Italy, at all, their warehouse does not have the ring size I supposedly ordered (debit card fraud which I informed them of) they are refusing to refund and are offering me discount on a different item or a larger ring size. Do not buy from these people as they were aware of my card fraud yet still went through with shipping items I didn’t order and charged me, on top of that is the we cannot supply refund this ring but you can have a bigger size or discount. Total untrustworthy please do not touch these awful horrendous lying scam artists

OMG! I normally don't even write reviews but ,please, be aware - this website is a scam! This EXACT jewelry you can buy on Walllllmart website for 3-5 dollars a piece!!! Just disputed this transaction with my bank and got credit.

This company is a complete scam I received a number of items and they are not worth more than one dollar each. They deceive everyone. I have sent them back all items and they continuously cause problems so as not to refund me as they claim they do in their site. At first they asked for photos of the items to be sent back (why?) whereas no mention of this is in their site on refunds. Next they ask me to send them the original receipt of the post office by which I sent them the items back. They claim they want proof of return. I answered they will have proof of return when they receive the package from me. I am not giving them my original receipt from the post office as this is my own proof that I sent the package back. Don't ever buy from them.

I have just received 3 items of the 4 I ordered. They have come from china. They have obviously been purchased from shein or temu for a £1. Absolutely disgusting. Don't buy from this site. I will be getting the bank to investigate and get my money back. This is fraud false advertising and not even close the the Items advertised.

I have not ordered any product form this store but i received the ad on facebook. i know that the closing down sale is fake and is a usual scam running those days with Artificial intelligence.

I report this as a completely scam. They are selling with a fake story of closing down sale. They do not have the product ready to be shipped since those product are handmade by other person.

I hope nobody fall in this scam.
