Kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Wirklich nicht. Ich wohne gelegentlich in einem Apartmenthaus in Frankfurt. Im Keller stehen ziemlich hochwertig aussehende Bosch-Waschmaschinen und -Trockner. Alles läuft problemlos mit WeWash, inklusive Bezahlung per PayPal. Wäre froh, wenn es diesen Service bei mir zu Hause gäbe!

Einen Stern zu viel. App funktioniert nicht und es ist einfach zum Mäusemelken! Der Aktivierungscode kommt nicht - egal bei welcher Emailadresse.

Our first experience with WE-WASH was at THE LUBO HOTEL in Lucerne, Switzerland. THE LUBO HOTEL was positively great, but WE-WASH was a definite, absolute, worst ever, negative experience at washing clothes while traveling.

MANY other guests would leave the laundry room with similar complaints:
[a] the SAMSUNG clothes washer did a very poor job of cleaning their laundry,
[b] the clothes coming out of the clothes washer were always soaking wet, regardless of how they set the controls,
[c] the high cost to complete a small load of clothes in the small clothes washer was 3 CHF [3 Swiss franc at current exchange rate is roughly $3.75 US], and
[d] the clothes dryer was either not working or not working, meaning it was either ‘out-of-order’ or on those rare occasions when it was working, it wasn’t drying the clothes, so no matter what, the Dryer was never working.

OVERPRICED and too expensive for bad results. WE-WASH is NOT a good option for trying to get clean clothes.
Do yourself a favor, and find a different method of cleaning your clothes.
WE WASH is NOT WORTH using.

Absoluter Scam.. Gerät funktioniert seit Tagen nur sporadisch, Geld wird trotzdem berechnet und der Kundenservice ist der letzte Dreck.. Lieber leg ich mir selbst einen improvisierten Anschluss für eine Waschmaschine als mit denen noch einmal zu versuchen zu waschen

Es ist wirklich ein Scam. Ich unterstreiche alle negativen Kommentare hier

Ich habe am 04.02.2026 eine WeWash-Maschine in Frankfurt (Altenhoferallee 30) genutzt. Mein schwarzer Designer-Pullover wurde während des Delicates-/Feinwäsche-Programms im Trockner beschädigt (Ärmel eingerissen).

Die Nutzung erfolgte ordnungsgemäß: korrektes Programm, keine Zusätze, Flusensieb gereinigt und Wäsche richtig vorbereitet. Der Schaden trat unmittelbar nach dem Zyklus auf. Ich habe das ausgefüllte Formular sowie Fotos des Schadens eingereicht.

Trotz vollständiger Dokumentation wurde eine Erstattung abgelehnt. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über den Umgang mit der Reklamation und hätte mir eine faire und kundenorientierte Lösung gewünscht.

Angesichts der sehr hohen Preise ist der Service aus meiner Sicht unzureichend. Eine Zusammenarbeit kann ich nicht empfehlen.

WeWash has failed to send us our share of the laundry fees. I have asked and asked and they just keep saying they sent it….never arrives, emails go unanswered for weeks at a time. Untrustworthy.

Unser Waschhaus in der Siedlung wurde auf WeWash umgestellt.
Früher konnte man problemlos mit Münzeinwurf bezahlen und waschen.
Die mittlerweile völlig veralteten Maschinen wurden von WeWash übernommen.
Sie sind teilweise völlig verdreckt und wirklich steinalt. Das Bezahlsystem hat bei mir nicht funktioniert. Chaos in der App Anzeige. Maschine wird angeblich freigeschaltet. Man schleppt die Wäsche dorthin und die Maschine läuft nicht.
Kundendienst schlecht erreichbar oder hat keine Ahnung.
Ich bin nicht die einzige Mieterin, welche Probleme mit WeWash hat. Die Menschen hier sind teilweise hoch verärgert.
Schämt euch WeWash. Die Bewertungen hier sprechen ja Bände.

Einfach unterirdisch. Ständig sind Maschinen defekt und werden teils wochenlang nicht wieder nutzbar gemacht. Vom Kundendienst bekommt man nur inhaltsleere Standard-Antworten. Zudem kommt es in der App oft zu Überschneidungen oder Dopplungen bei Reservierungen.

Catastrophic - terrible issues in more than 50% of my uses, machines aborting unexpectedly, un-finished washings, everything.

Wie viele Start-ups ist "WeWash" mehr aufs Geld aus als darauf, kundenfreundlich zu sein.

1. Die Reservierung einer Maschine von 10 Minuten ist zu knapp bemessen. Manche von uns haben mehrere Stockwerke zu gehen, auch das Ein- und Ausladen der Wäsche kostet Zeit.

2. Das Waschen kostet mehr als mit der alten Maschine.

After using their drier on the appropriate mode for my clothes, my clothes were shrunk as a result of excessive heat. Upon reporting it, they required through documentation, as they would allegedly assume responsibility. After weeks of “investigation”, they alleged I had incurred “operating errors”. It is ridiculous that after damaging clothes, their response is provide a generic reason to excuse the company from any responsibility for damaging clothes.

Es können andere Personen mit meiner Anmeldung waschen. Die Software gehört gründlich überarbeitet.
Es müsste die Möglichkeit geben, z.B. über einen Code, den derjenige eingibt. Ansonsten ist die Maschine gesperrt.
Insgesamt eine nicht durchdachte Anwendung.
Wir waschen wieder mit Coins.

Ist nur mit Handy und Onlinebanking möglich, keine Chance, das mittels Rechnung zu bezahlen, man muss der Firma Zugriff zum Privatkonto geben.
Darüber wird man aber vorher nicht informiert!

Katastrophal.

Nutze den Service seit ein paar Monaten. Gerade ist zum zweiten Mal innerhalb weniger Wochen der Trockner mit einem unklaren Defekt ausgefallen. Nasse Wäsche ins Auto packen, zu Freunden karren und dort trocknen. Reparatur hat beim letzten Mal eine Woche gedauert, mal schauen, ob die schlechte Leistung diesmal noch unterboten wird...

Leider muss ich einen Stern vergeben, verdient wären 0!

I wanted to wash my laundry. The whole concept is theoretically a good idea. Problem being that the internet service does not work. My laundry was washed but I was unable to dry it... My laundry is now ready to be trown away.
Plus the whole thing costs a ton of money compered to a laundrysalon.
Never again...
Worst experience in my life!!!
