Easy to communicate with customer service.
Issue was solved very efficiently.

Always confirm they’ve received monthly payments. Keep me informed of any changes and why. So easy to invest - they do everything, with great advice and very knowledgeable.

My experience with this company was excellent with the GIA Investment Plan. The growth is excellent and withdrawal is simple after notifications.

Quite new to Wealthify, but a very good experience so far. Including the trouble-free transferring in of another SIPP and several messages to the support team that received clear, timely replies.

Really friendly and helpful customer service

I set up accounts yesterday for both my sons, and it was incredibly straightforward to do. I really like the dashboard and that it shows both my son's ISAs so I can track easily without having to log in twice.

I had to call customer service today because I had made an error with the direct debit (my fault) and I managed to speak to a human in less than 5 minutes, who didn't hesitate to help. Josh, I hope you are reading this, you were fantastically helpful thank you!

I first raised a query with the automated service, which quickly realised I needed a bit more support. I was contacted promptly by Sean, who asked a few questions and recognised my needs.

Sean then immediately took steps to resolve the problem and get me back on track.

This was very reassuring and gave me confidence to keep investing with wealthify.

I originally opened a wealthify account due to an MSE promotion.

I have also had a small pension with them.

Both experiences have been poor, mainly due to poor communication and a total lack of customer care.

I am no longer actively saving with them even though they will not completely close my pension account.

This was a solicited review and I'm sure they will give there normal insincere response.

EDiT: So wealthify have given a response saying they are investigating and contacting me via my account. Well there is nothing to investigate, my complaint was about there poor communication, and low and behold no contact, surprise, surprise!

Been with Wealthify since 2019 and the customer service is brilliant. Results for me have been great too.

Wealthify have so far invested my money for a very good return, so for me I'm very happy.

Very easy app to use and I can my investments anytime I want. I am very happy with wealthify.

Guess what? The online chat just works. And you chat with a human! I know! No tedious going round in circles with some half-baked AI chatbot (like Vanguard), only to give up frustrated. Questions get answered quickly and efficiently.

And there's more... flip to WhatsApp...and they actually follow up and message back.

Remember those days of real customer service ? Looks like Wealthify do too!

Just opened an isa account & used live chat for help transferring funds. Penelope was very helpful, my issues resolved & even offered to call on the phone so all was clear. Excellent customer service & a good start with Wealthyfy! 😀🙏

Easy to set up 3 stocks and shares accounts for my kids. Everything explained on the website as to how it will all work. A great long term investment for when they turn 18
