Unable to cancel!
I have emailed, sent a message on their website, sent a message via instagram and Facebook messenger and no one is responding.
They will not respond to my cancellation request and keep taking the money!!
I do NOT recommend unless you want to be stuck with them indefinitely. Their customer service is so poor so do not expect a response either.
Very helpful and polite. Got back to me very quickly when I had questions. Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service, couldn’t recommend Petch more. I now have peace of mind knowing my pet is safe. The tag is durable, really easy to use and set up and works really effectively.

I had seen these lovely tags on instagram and had to get some! I got 4 for free on their tag deal. I live in Ireland and I had some trouble with the postage so I messaged Petch and Sarah got back to me, she was so understanding and had great communication towards me from picking colours and personally sorting my delivery to making sure they arrived and up to standard! They arrived yesterday and completely fulfilled my expectations! So easy to set up, I cannot recommend them enough😊

I ordered the bloom and sky tags for my 2 dogs, and they look sooo good. They match their new collars perfectly. It’s rare to find something that’s stylish and actually helps keep them safe. Setting them up was super easy, and now I have total peace of mind when we go out for walks! Highly reccomend.

Ordered not 1 but 3 tags separate times now and every single time I’ve been notified. Kept in contact with my order and have even alerted me to let me know about potential delays as the tags are currently being made!

I was lured in by the aesthetic posts on insta and decided to treat my poochie to a cute pink one. Really not loving the pink- it’s more of a salmon colour with a weird purplish tint and if I’m quite honest I’m embarrassed to put it on my dog.

We have tried a couple of these pet tags before but they were pretty poor. We hadn't committed to a subscription service before and were a bit apprehensive but it's been a breeze. The quality of the tag is excellent, service has been fantastic and the website is easy to use. I couldn't recommend higher - we have had a couple of scares before with our cat but this puts us much more at ease.

Took them up on the offer of a free tag, paid postage, and set up my profile when it arrived.
Almost one month later, they took money from my account with no warning! All of my other subscriptions give me a heads up days in advance and give me options for what to do. Petch did not do this. Shady behaviour.
I have requested a refund and will reverse the charge if it’s not given.
Advise you to avoid this company.

We’re sorry to hear you were unaware of the subscription. We do clearly display the ongoing monthly cost throughout the website and also at checkout before the order is completed, as transparency is important to us. Swopped to Petch from Crumb mainly because the subscription price is a much better deal. The discs are a brilliant idea with being blue/pink. I did struggle linking the tags but with a little help from customer support, we are now up and running.

I've recently moved over to Petch after using another company very similar. I wasn't happy with the service and saw this on insta.
We received the tags yesterday, they look great. I had trouble pairing the them on my account so I got in touch and I very quickly had a response. It was sorted there and then.
