Just wanted to say how impressed we are with this product ... beautifully soft material which has not lost any colour despite countless visits into seawater on our Labrador 👍

So impressed with Westley, after buying from cocopup and having a terrible experience and there harnesses being nothing short of tat and not fit for purpose especially on sizing.. I was loosing hope at finding a pretty but well built harness for my golden retriever. Came across westley and I must admit the reviews from some people did frighten me but now I’ve seen the product in person I’m very fond. Fits my boy very well and looks beautiful too, feels like quality and lead is super pretty! I will definitely be looking to buy in other colours!

Totally in love with these products for our beautiful Maggie and stopped on every walk to ask where we got them from - beautiful colours - we have in lavender and sea foam and she is a beautiful light cream Goldendoodle and they look fab on her - the double clip lead and harness have been fab to stop her pulling too- love that all sets match and love to get a few different sets as she’s our baby girl so love her to look so stylish - aswell as the fit being so lovely and soft for her - we will always get our harnesses and leads and accessories from this company - looking forward to the new colours ! They fit great and are excellent quality - don’t understand other reviews - for us this is first harness we have found that fits her perfectly and she is very comfortable in them - she wags her tail continually on our walks and just makes me smile seeing her so beautiful and happy ! Highly reccomend !

Got this given as a Christmas gift for my rambunctious little dachshund. She used to struggle with her old harness from another brand but this Westley one has been a game-changer! She’s so much comfier and walks much better in it and we’ll be back to buy another colour set soon!

i’ve been very pleased with our westley collar. the harness and lead combo has really helped with pulling. Love that the harness has a neck clip which means we don’t have to go over our dog’s head. The harness cleans well in the wash and it’s so convenient that you can just wipe down the lead when it gets dirty

I tried the harness on my dog and it curled up at the front and was riding up around his neck. I took pictures as it was the strangest thing I have seen. I walked him for 20 mins and gave up. I returned the harness with pictures and was told I should have ironed it!!!! They won’t refund the item as it’s been worn. Never known service like it. How do you know if something is defective if you can’t try it??? I’m out of pocket and wish I had read these reviews before I threw away £35

I ordered a couple of items from the warehouse sales and I cannot return or exchange them. It says on their website but this is absolutely not clear! I find the sentence misleading and I wasted £30. I wish I also saw the other reviews before buying

I ordered a couple of leads and a harness in July (it's now December), they looked absolutely lovely when I received them but the leads very quickly looked grubby and lost their lovely clean look which I believed could be kept with a simple wash, but I've tried cleaning them (many times) and it doesn't come off, once stained with mud they're ruined. I've tried so many different things but they just look dirty all the time, and one of the clips intermittently doesn't work. I've had a few scary incidents where on lead clip has stopped working and my dog has almost got off the lead along a road. It's scary, these should not be sold if the safety is not there. I've now stopped using the leads, I'm so disappointed that such an expensive product doesn't live up to expectations.

Bad fit for my dog, no matter how much strap altering we did. Had absolutely no effect on his pulling on the lead. The company then wouldn’t accept a return because of wear and tear-my dog had worn it once!

Initially great customer service after a faulty clip repeatedly broke on the poo bag carrier. Then when the webbing in the harness had a tear, they implied they it could have only happened on a sharp object. My miniature dachshund doesn’t pull on the lead overly, is small and has been nowhere near any sharp object on a dog walk. I asked to return it for a refund and was offered a discount off my next purchase. Very poor first initial purchase of what looked like a great product with a top customer service plan. Not the case sadly, nearly £46 spent on a lead and harness, harness not fit for purpose. Would never recommend sadly

I purchased the double clip dog lead a few months ago; since purchase, the clip has been released from a dog harness on five occasions. My dog is 4kg and does not pull. The first time, I thought it was my error, and maybe I had not put the lead on correctly. Following this, I have been trying to figure out the lead to the harness issue. However, this has continued to occur in hazardous situations, such as walking next to a main road with heavy traffic. Fortunately, I could recall my dog, who thought I had released her for a free run! I am disappointed with this product as I have had several dogs and numerous types of leads for years without any problems.
