Stay away, classic Chinese dropshipper

Returned the glasses unused, following their exact instructions. Package arrived in China on April 20th at the address they provided. Since then: silence, excuses, and the same recycled story that it's "still in customs clearance" before they can refund me. A condition fully in their control that somehow never gets met. Save yourself the hassle, buy from a real store. I definitly lost my money here...

No refund

On February 5th, I placed an order that I unfortunately had to return due to the purchase of ETQ x LENSE.

Firstly, the package arrived in plastic, which I did not expect when purchasing glasses at this price. Secondly, the costs for returning the items to China are for the consumer, again something I did not expect with a purchase of this price.

Now, on May 27th, more than 4 months later, I still have not received a refund, and customer service says they can do nothing more than wait.

Disappointed, operational failures shouldn't become the customer's problem

Placed my order on April 25. Three items, all listed as in stock. One day later, the team reached out about an incomplete shipping address (which had never happened to me before). Fine, I replied the same day. Then on May 4, I was told one of the three items I ordered is now out of stock (the only one I was really interested in), and offered a replacement or refund.

The problem? The item was in stock when I ordered it. Their mistake, my problem.

It's now been 10 days, their own website promises delivery in 7 to 10. Still no order and tracking number, one item short, and customer support has been polite but unable to do anything beyond the standard script.

Disappointed. Not the experience I expected.

Good customerservice

I ordered 2 glasses and something went wrong with the delivery. I contacted Lense services and they send me a completely new package. Very good customerservice and very friendly and patient.
After receiving the package I’m also very impressed by the quality of the glasses .

I ordered a pair of glasses that…

I ordered a pair of glasses that unfortunately didn't suit me. I wanted to return them. After contacting customer service, it turns out that you have to make your own label to send them back to China. For a consumer, that's just as expensive as the glasses themselves, which basically forces you to keep them.

NEXT LEVEL 👓

I've tried so many blue light glasses, but these are truly next level. The quality of the lenses, the frames... In a word, fantastic. Highly recommended from me!

I had a minor issue, sent an email to customer service, and it was resolved in no time.

High-quality blue light glasses at a fair price!

I recommend LENSE blue light blockers! The frames are surprisingly high quality, even better than my regular glasses. They’re comfortable, reasonably priced, and when I had a small issue with my order, it was solved quickly. Great value compared to other brands!

Very disappointing experience

Disappointing experience. I contacted customer service three times to ask about the lens protection, never got a response however. The site vaguely mentions “advanced protection” but gives no details. When the sunglasses arrived, I didn’t like the fit and requested a return. Despite claiming “hassle-free” returns, they tried to guilt-trip me into keeping them due to high return costs. Next they emailed me saying I could keep the glasses and get 20% off the next order, but when I double checked this, they denied it. I expected much more from Daniel, very disappointing experience unfortunately.

Great glasses with fast shipping

Great glasses with fast shipping. Liked the clear ones so much I bought the black frames too. I run my own ecom brands and Lense is definitely doing things right. Highly recommend.

BAD REFUND POLICY!

The glasses were too small for me, not an issue at all. I wanted to refund the glasses and they told me that I could keep the product, give it to a friend instead of sending it back to China.

I found that to be very nice of them, as sending it back is not beneficial for both. So I gave my glasses away to a friend and posted about it on my socials.

They then did not send me a refund. When I asked them where the full refund was they said I got a 20% voucher for a future payment.

This is not what is understood about 'Hassle-free returns on the website'. Now I do not have the glasses anymore and they refuse to give me the full refund and keep insisting on 20% refund for the glasses.

Not how a company should behave. I was really impressed with the way Daniel Dalen builds his business but I do not think this is the right way to deal with consumers.

Great brand

Fast shipping and great customer engagement. It's clear they are building a brand and not just selling a product. The sunglasses are a favorite in my collection.

The shipping of the glasses was really good

The shipping of the glasses was really fast, arriving in the Netherlands within four days. The packaging quality and overall experience were excellent. Highly recommend to anyone considering buying Lense! PS: really like the glasses :)

I've spent over $10k on eyewear...

I've spent over $10k on eyewear and no brand i've ever bought from has had the same attention to detail as LENSE. Every little detail - from the packaging to the actual glasses themselves you can tell that this is a premium product. Hands down one of the best purchases I made. Also a massive compliment attractor - any day I wear them out I've received at least 1 compliment
