I ordered from this company when the add popped up on my phone playing Words With Friends. Quality looked great seemed legit. American made, supports veterans, ordered 2 T shirts 3 weeks before 4th of July. NEVER GOT THEM!! Took my money (63.00$) haven heard a word. First time this has happened to me. I will not go thru is a third party purchase either.

Actually no stars. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering.
I purchased from this company based upon their claim to be 100% American designed, produced and shipped from Garland, Texas and their claim to support US Veterans.
"All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in Texas." NOT TRUE.
What a disappointment when I received confirmation & tracking information. It's shipped from CHINA. I can only assume that they lied about everything, including the veteran support. A total scam of veterans!
I ordered June 13 hoping to have it before the 4th of July. Coming from Texas should be no problem. Shipped from CHINA I knew I was not going to get it in time and I immediately (June 14th) cancelled the order – No response. Tracking showed no movement from 7/13 – 7/19. “Not picked up by carrier”. Again, I sent another “Cancel order” – no response. There was no movement until June 27. July 3rd, I received a notice stating “To late, it’s already shipped”.
Needless to say I did not get my order for the 4th of July and I plan on sending everything back. I already know this is going to be another problem. Hopefully PayPal can help in getting me a full refund.

The product is made in China. The add has Made in USA that is clearly false. Contacted the and they said

We have warehouses both in the US and overseas. During peak seasons like Independence Day, if our US warehouse runs out of stock, some orders will be shipped from our overseas warehouses.

It was our oversight that we failed to clearly indicate our multi-warehouse shipping policy in the advertisement and on the page. We have already reported this to our marketing department and will immediately modify all relevant promotional content to avoid similar misunderstandings for other customers.""

DON'T PURCHAE FROM THEM

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Ordered my mom and me cute patriotic shirts for the 4th of July. Ad states that items are made in and ship from Texas. NOPE! it took 10 days before it was shipped from CHINA!! There’s no way it will be here on time. I also found these exact shirts advertised by 3 other companies. I’m betting the veteran claim is a scam. Don’t order from here!!

DO NOT order from this company! It is an absolute scam! I thought I was ordering from and supporting a Veteran owned business. I have requested a full refund and will be reporting this company to all consumer protection agencies. I am unable to upload pictures, but the shirt I ordered was not even close to the shirt I got. It was super small too. Don't waste your time or money!

States that it is made and shipped from Garland Texas in24 hrs. 2 days later and I finally got shipping info from China.

Why can’t folks give negative stars. This is a scammer out of China. US veterans receive nothing. Do not give them your money.

This is false advertising! They said it benefits veterans and originates in Garland, Texas. NOPE. It is shipping from CHINA and I've yet to receive what I ordered. What a SCAM!!

Not from Texas, not even USA. So I'm sure no donations to veterans. Still haven't received merchandise. Shame on me for not checking them out.

So every single one star review pretty much says the same thing... not made in Garland, TX (made in China), no response when products not shipped, blah, blah, blah. Then when you look at the supposed five star reviews, they were all written by the same person (a chinese) in mid May. I don't recall a single person's view saying they ever got what they ordered. I am in the same boat.... my credit card was charged, I got an email saying they would notify me when it was shipped, and that was 10 days ago. SCAM! Run, Run, away from this.

This is a scam website. It represents itself as an American patriotic company, producing patriotic garments. When I searched my order number and tracking number, they were both identified as invalid. I never received the items I ordered. It identified the items as American made.
When I put tracking number in it showed China shipping info.

Ordered shirts and a hat because the website stated Made in Garland Texas, only to get shipping info of order is coming from China. Very disappointed.

Misleading website. I am not sure how outsourcing to China helps US veterans. Still have not received my order. I agree with all other 1 star reviews.

It’s been 2 weeks and still order not received. Phone # on Facebook page is bogus & person answering said this site is a scam!

Buyer beware! The clothes do not look anything like the pictures. Any website that has clothes that look like these, buyer needs to beware of those as well. I believe the same company is advertising under different names (for example, "Wendlly"). The clothes look like they have denim or sequins and the shorts are actually photo printed on polyester. Horrible looking shirts on person! I would add a picture but do not see a way to add to the review. Luckily enough, I paid for my purchase through PayPal and was able to get my money back through them. Otherwise, you will have to pay to ship it back to China. Ridiculous.

False Advertising: multiple ads claim ‘Made in USA’ or ‘Garland, TX’ and ‘Ships from Texas’ but products ship from China and billing company is in China. I have requested a refund via the email listed on PayPal as well as the email listed on the weartosupportveterans site with no response.

Like many of the others reviewers, I placed my order based on their website (I don't order on my phone) - made in America, based in Garland Texas, helps veterans. I was appalled when I got my confirmation and tracking information and found that it was coming from China! You can track your order on the website but I think my order is coming on a slow boat from ....
I started digging around on the website and finally carefully read the Terms of Service. Subtly included in the various paragraphs it is communicated that what is on the website could have changed, that the owner is not responsible for misinformation, that the products are coming from a foreign county (China is not mentioned directly) and that the purchaser is responsible for customs fees. At the very end it lists the company name as JLX Supply Chain Inc. They are based in Montclair California.

Bunch of lying thieves!! Brag about shipping directly from Texas, and it’s directly from China!!

False advertisement. States support Veterans, made in USA and ships in 3-4 business days out of Garland, TX
All statements false as items are coming from China, not Garland TX. No longer tracking of our order found. No items have been received and no one to contact.
Do not trust this site to receive any of your products. It's a Scam site.

This company purports to be "made proudly in Garland, TX." How can this be when the products, in our case a T'shirt for my husband, who is a veteran, is coming from China. I ordered for Father's Day b/c it was supposed to ship the next day. That was June 13th and we are still waiting. Is China really supporting US veterans?
