The salesman that came round was a little pushy but we pointed that out to him and he was fine in the end. we were told they would phone us in a week to discuss when they could fit the windows. 6 weeks later I phoned them as hadn't heard they said the windows won't be with them till the 24th and they would phone me then, 2 weeks after that they phone can we fit in two days time, well no as I have to arrange time off work. we find a date and I'm told the fitters will be with me about 8.30/9, the day before they are due they phone to say they will now be with me about 12.30. the day arrived and at 1.30 I ring them to see where they are as it's going to get dark soon, I'm then told that they will be 15 minutes but will be back the next day to finish, well no that's not ok ill be at work no sorry not even an ask if that is ok, the two men arrived this is where it all turned out ok they were very sorry and explained the van had a problem and needed fixing but they are happy to come back early for me to let them in and they will get on with the job. The windows are lovely we are happy with them the workmen were polite, honest and professional but the office staff let the company down.

Conservatory roof replaced by this company - we opted for a rubber roof and sky lantern. Very pleased with the results, everyone I dealt with from the initial consultation to the fitting team all very polite and knowledgable.

Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Excellent service, excellent results. We needed to renovate our old and tired conservatory and Weathershield did a brilliant job the room has been brought it back to life.

We were pleased on the whole with our door. The price was favourable, the fitters did an excellent job and left the area clean and tidy. We did have an issue with small leaks below the glass panels but this was rectified quickly and to our satisfaction.

I had 2 new windows installed in my property in Kent last week and couldn't be happier. The fitters were lovely and polite and the sales team were lovely too! Great workmanship and pricing.

Weathershield fitted my new conservatory roof in April, we went for the flat roof and sky pod option, the fitters were excellent, really nice lads, the electrician and the plasterer were really professional, I am over the moon with my new space. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Do not use this service. They have been absolutely appalling from start to finish. Workmen broke the arm of my settee, mess left behind shocking. Over ran by about four weeks despite being assured it would be completed before I had major spinal surgery,it wasn’t.
Only three months since work completed yet I have water running down the walls leaking through the lantern skylight and by the patio doors. Have rung and rung and constantly footed off. Please please save your money and sanity and shop elsewhere. Bunch of cowboys doesn’t even begin to describe them.

I accepted a quote from Weathershield to have my conservatory roof changed from glass to a rubber flat roof and a sky pod, I have just had the final electrics finished and I am really pleased. The roof was delayed a few weeks but I am more than happy with the finished product.

I was very disappointed as I made it very clear I wanted a quote and wouldn't be making a decision straight away. The sales person was very nice initally but really pushed for an answer straight away and said he would give a big discount for an immediate answer. When I wouldn't give him an answer, backed up by my husband, he abruptly ended the visit, quite rude really, and left not leaving a quote. He gave me a price but nothing in writing. I won't be using them. Tell your sales people to ease off and give people what they ask for. People don't put up with pushy sales reps the same as the used to do!

I enlisted the help of Weathershield to replace my conservatory roof. I was a little sceptical after booking the appointment through Facebook but luckily it ended up being a great decision. the job was finished yesterday and I am thoroughly impressed with the workmanship. I had a large glass roof and Weathershield replaced it with a warm roof with a large sky window. The fitters worked tirelessly for 3 days, very likeable lads. I am very impressed and would recommend.

I bought 2 composite doors and had them fitted, and it was excellent service from start to finish. I can’t fault Becca who got me an amazing deal, and Jordan and Nic got the job done in a day. Excellent company, I will be recommending these, and look forward to using them again.

I had a very pleasant experience dealing with this company from the initial enquiry all the way through to the installation. I found them very professional and couldn't be beaten on price, I have already recommended Weathershield Solutions to my mother in law who will be using them as well. Very happy

Weathersheild had approached me on various occasions to offer me a quote for windows which they did on 21st July. I paid my large deposit there and then. I was disappointed that I had no follow-up calls after, so decided to cancel after 7 days, this being on 27th July. Apparently, the email given on the cancellation form was incorrect so I then had to forward it to another email after a telephone conversation with a member of staff, who replied to confirm I would receive my refund within 14 days of cancelation .. this would've been on the 10th August. No Refund! I have since made 3 telephone calls to be told I would receive my refund by end of the day on each call. Still no refund. I've just called again to be told they need to find the email as the person who originally replied is off sick! What about the staff members who I've spoken with since?? Now I'm really fed up as they are keeping hold of over 4k of my money.

Got 6 new windows fitted in, fast and reliable service! Will be back, for more clients! Thank you!

They got my windows replaced for a great price can't fault them at all. Quick and efficient, no bull, 5 star company!

I used WeatherSheild Solutions to update my bathroom window. From the sales team to the fitters, everything was perfect! The fitters, Nic and Jordan were lovely and tidy and very polite, and I paid a good price for the work done. 10/10 would recommend.

I spoke to their team who advised that there quotes last 6 months, agreed to get a quote and a sales member would call me back, I got a call back only to be told that I needed to make a decision on the day (After I told them I just wanted a quote to shop around). I will be changing my windows for sure and I am 100 percent not using them......What is the point in offering to honor a quote for 6 months if they are trying to force you to make a decision on the day. Never trust a company with pushy sales teams, they clearly only care about the sales and not the customer!

I was very pleased with the results the neatness of this installers work was very good better than any of the others that have done work for me.
