We needed a Golden Anniversary rose, with none available locally, so Googled it. We ordered from Webbs Garden Centres, and received feedback on progress of order, and then delivery. Excellent service, and the rose arrived well protected and looked after. Would happily order again. Thank you

'Just had three hostas delivered. From ordering to delivery was extremely quick. The plants were lovely specimens and appropriate in size for 3 litre pots. They were packaged extremely well and arrived completely unscathed. I am very pleased.

Don’t seem to like none white people. The lady who served me was extremely rude. Avoided eye contact during our transaction, yet proceeded to tell white customers to have a good day. Will never visit there again.

It was so good to have such a friendly person pick up the phone immediately when I called customer service. Although I couldn’t be put through immediately to the department I needed, I was called back within a few minutes. I missed that call so customer service sent me an email giving me an update on my order. Just what I wanted. Delivery very quick and staff knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Ordered 2 shrubs. Arrived very quickly, wrapped very well and in excellent condition. Would highly recommend.

I placed an order for 8 lamb's ears potted plants. The item was tracked and I received a precise one hour delivery slot confirmation from DPD. I was sceptical about ordering plants for delivery because I thought they may arrive damaged. I am pleased to say I was completely wrong! The plants were beautifully individually wrapped in recyclable paper tape and packed neatly into cardboard boxes - top marks for sustainability and taking the time to do this. The plants themselves were exactly as pictured and described - vibrant, soft, mature and ideal for planting.

They were delivered promptly and at a fantastic discounted price. Webbs is now my go to place for plants and I am not going to be visiting my local garden centres any time soon.

Thank you Webbs for such a pleasent experience and please keep up the fantastic work! Highly recommended.

Packaging was excellent.

I ordered three hosta’s which were delivered to my home fairly quickly and were expertly packed.
The plants themselves were mature specimens and were in a good condition.I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

At the end of May we brought a Weber Spirit 2 from Simon who helped us with our purchase .
Simon went out of his way to assist us.

This was my first order with Webbs Direct and I am blown away with the order!
I ordered a Clematis “Guernsey Cream.”
The Clematis is super healthy a great size and is brilliant value for money!
I have over 35 years of gardening experience and I have never received such a fabulous plant that was ordered online!!
It was delivered within 5 working days, the packaging was brilliant which meant the plant was really well protected in transit too.

If only all online plant retailer's took a leaf (pardon the pun) out of the Webbs Direct book there would be happy customers all round.

My wife and I are regular visitors to the branch at Droitwich and always have been very happy with the experience.
Unfortunately today because of problems with customer services ( subsequently resolved) we were encouraged by staff to go to the coffee shop to wait.
Upon buying drinks and food we seated ourselves but unfortunately at various junctures at least 5 dogs were in the cafe with their owners. At least two of the owners allowed their pets to jump up to the tables which we considered unhygienic and ruined our experience
My wife and I are dog lovers but feel that they have no place in food premises

Wow! Just received my order of 3d blue steel Osteospermums 💙 Webbs direct deserve 10 stars just for their packaging 📦 so much care has been taken to get these to you in perfect condition. The plants are gorgeous, very healthy & in bloom, they are absolutely perfect. Thank you, wonderful service, wish I could post a picture so you could see how good they are.

We Recently ordered a Garden furniture set from this company which unfortunately wasn’t what we wanted, however the customer service from this company is absolutely fantastic, from the order confirmation, dispatch information and delivery 5 star plus !
The Refund was issued immediately and I would definitely shop with them again ,

Fantastic!!!!!!! I have recently made two different purchases online with Webbs and everything was perfect. The plants arrived in excellent condition within a couple of days (both times) and very well packed, the courier they use DPD is very good and the prices are very fair compared to other retailers. Will definitely recommend and keep coming back here. Thank-you

Its mid May and time to buy our bedding plants for hanging baskets so go the biggest garden centre in the area for good choice...or maybe not. Not a great deal to choose and not reasonably priced either. Never mind, lets drown our sorrows in a cuppa and cake as its just after 4pm. More choice in a war ravaged third world country with staff talking to each other rather than seating customers as requested by a sign on entry to restaurant. Lets try the takeaway section but nobody serving with people already waiting with one saying "Its alwys the same every time we come here". So off to the tills to pay for the few plants we did get to start our planned planting. All were in the same multibuy 'offer' but the guy operating the till decided to slowly scan each one rather than count them in the trolley. Lets go home stopping at Tesco to get a badly needed treat...and they had stock and someone serving with a friendly manner....maybe we shouldnt give up just yet !!
