Web Design Orchid Opiniões

**$18,330 paid — no completed project**
I hired Web Design Orchid to purchase a domain and build a web application. I paid a total of **$18,330**, but I still have neither the completed web app nor a satisfactory resolution.

The owner has stopped responding to my calls and emails. I have kept all payment records and communications and am now pursuing legal action to recover my money.

Based on my experience, **I strongly recommend staying away from Web Design Orchid.**

I had a very disappointing experience with a company operating under the name Web Design Orchid/Crisp Technologies LLC

I paid them to create a website for my business, but they never fulfilled the contract and never gave me possession of the website or the source files that I paid for. Despite making payments and waiting for the project to be completed, I was never given full control or delivery of the website.

Throughout the process, several individuals from the company — Samuel, Ray, Justin Lee, Alex, and Chris — repeatedly assured me that I would receive the files and that the project would be completed. Unfortunately, those promises were never honored.

When I attempted to verify the business location they provided, the address appeared to lead to an apartment building rather than a legitimate business office. When I brought this concern to their attention and requested clarification and delivery of the files I paid for, communication stopped and they completely ghosted me.

I made numerous attempts to resolve this matter and simply obtain the website and files that I paid for, but I received no cooperation.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to exercise caution and thoroughly research this company before doing business with them.

Be careful ,if you need to get a website for your business stay away from from this business . I got my website design and hosting from this guys and my experience was terrible with some many extra charge SSl certificate charge $$$ up date charge . If you don’t pay by the end your website just disappear. I’m writing this review for future customers to take caution with this company

"Website Design Orchid produced outstanding work in a wonderful amount of time specially Mr.Ray Ott and Alex Page . Building a website was quick and simple thanks to the platform's user-friendly interface and expert design options. I heartily suggest it to anyone looking for quick, excellent results.

Web Design Orchid

Great customer service, we appreciate all the hard work it took to bring our website together. The website was very informative plus the design was great. The team was very patient and professional.
I would highly recommend this company
The team

Maxeau Louis jean thank you great job on my website i will defiinitely recommended all my friend website to be Donne Ray and Alex doing Excellent job

I took my last review off because as soon as my website got up before I could do any business at all my website was shut down. I asked why and I was told I wasn’t ADA compliant.(what)? They would not tell me the specific issue and said Google notified them. Mind you I did not make the website so this was very confusing and I’m loosing money with my website shut down, so Eric the manager said I can fix it for a fee . I’m blacklisted and I didn’t even do the website. I’ve paid to date $2,000.00 and it took from December 23rd 2023 to the end of March 2024 . I got shut down April. He wanted $1,500.00 more . I’m devastated. This should be fixed for free as it was the designer who put my site up on behalf of the client to be ADA compliant . I’m not happy . On a positive note: they did a great job designing my website.

What a great experience working with this team! Doing everything remotely from a different country was not an issue at all. Differnet time zones was take into account with all communication thoughout the entire process and there never was an issue getting responses to my MANY questions. Alex and Brad went over the top with their support with my project and I can not thank them enough. The work that was completed and the professionalism was 2nd to none. I would highly recommend Web Design for anyone looking to have a website built for them. Thanks VERY MUCH!!!!!!

It was my first website project. I didn’t know what to expect and how I will achieve it, however with the knowledgeable help from Alex Page and Eric Harold, I was able to launch my first website ever. Honestly I couldn’t ask for a better team than this team. Again thanks for bringing my dream to reality. See you on my next project.

They did a great job on my website and it was easy to get ahold of them and communicate. The price was good too. One thing that needs to be clearer is the extra cost for making your website mobile friendly.
But other wise a good experience.

I don't know how to begin with how grateful and appreciative I am that I found the right web designers to capture what I was looking for in a website. I've used other designers in the past and unfortunately, they did not listen to me they didn't take direction and they were very sloppy in their approach and how they designed the website by cutting and pasting from other people's websites that were similar businesses. Orchid
listens to their customer and they go above and beyond to make sure that all your address needs and concerns are met. These guys would not design anything color logo without my approval and my input they're very hands-on and detailed is what I love. People who want to take their time to meet the client's expectations. I was a little confused about the package and they took the time on two different phone occasions to explain to me how the package worked and how they would provide details on what was needed. Orchild and their team called me several times to make sure they were meeting my expectations and answering my questions and concerns. I know that I did make them have to wait patiently on pictures and videos they waited patiently with my schedule and they always checked in to make sure that it was the pictures that I wanted they provided their feedback on how some of my pictures were not the greatest quality digitally and provided better suggestions to help me with my video and photos and they had some really fun and creative ideas to link both my websites together because I had them do two websites for my businesses. thank you again, for your time and diligence beyond creative and skillful web designing expertise a lot of people don't realize that your website is everything to your business and the integrity of your business and you guys went above and beyond the call of duty and dealing with me and my forgetful mind and crazy schedule there are no words on how patient you were and how I truly appreciated that I will be in touch in the future I want to add a couple more things to my website which of course I'm willing to pay for and I recommend everybody to use this service for your web design needs because they listen to their customer and they know their customer

Awesome work, we are very pleased with their friendliness with us. They did good job and everything we asked in a timely matter. I will definitely recommend them to others. We appreciate your great work and service.

Ray Ott and Alex Page were the two specialists i worked with. They are very good at what they do and i was very happy with the website they created. Just have your vision and share it with them. They will bring something to life. They were always willing to work with me, make changes and all. So i appreciated their patience. They are always willing to go above and beyond. So try them and see.

The team at Web Design Orchid made the process of building a website simple and painless. From start to finish true professionals. Very responsive, always returning calls and emails quickly. Project Manager (Justin Lee) & Senior Project Manager (Ray Ott) have brought my business to life and helped with ongoing challenges as well, I am very thankful to have them as part of my team.

These guys built my site for my trucking company exactly how I wanted it. Quick turn around and always available to speak to.

Ray was very thorough & calm when handling my issues, concerns & desires in the final outcome of the web design. I love the end result and I'm confident you will be happy with their work! Great job Web Orchid. Thank you!

I started working with Web Orchid Design when looking for a company to help me finish the website I was working on. I had a previous horrible experience with another similar company and was concerned. Not so!!! They took a semi completed site and created an excellent looking one. Furthermore, they did so on time and at cost. From the first exchange, they exceeded my professional expectations. They are responsive and knowledgeable. I can recommend their services without any hesitations.

It was a great experience developing my business website with Web Design Orchid. I really appreciate their communication in all phases of the process as well as their professionalism in listening, accommodating and satisfying their client`s needs. And i was lucky doing business with a successful and smart team.
I`d definitely use their service again!!

By far the best communication, professionalism, focuses on making their customers happy. Ray & Alex have been very helpful on making our website look great. I will highly recommend their business to my friends. I have no regrets picking them to design my website. Very happy with the ending product.

I was a bit "apprehensive" before selecting Orchid Design to update my website, but that quickly changed. My senior product managers Ray Ott and Justin Lee were simply the best! Justin Lee was extremely focused on getting the message just the way I wanted it, while consistently keeping it totally professional. Clearly a communications expert. I would not hesitate to utilize their services as the need arises in the future.
Thanks.
