It's unlikely that a company opens its doors to become a charity business, but I reached out to these guys, told them I was in desperate need of a website, I explained how I've been ripped off many times by other web designers. After listening to me, I was told by Martin, not to worry, the price and packag was very affordable, they allowed me to make partial payments as I could to them, and while not haven been paid much of the cost, they worked on my site, did exactly what they promised, kept me in the loop, and continued to do a wonderful job, even though payments were slow, this tells me more than I need to know about this company, they have proven their not just in it for the money, from the work that they have done for me, I can tell that they do this because they enjoy what they do, I get it, in my business I want my money! But these guys did two sites for my, guiding and updating me at every turn, they are very curious, they are extremely responsive, and was always a phone call away, they answered all my questions, explained as we went along, and they continue to assist and change what ever I need, they have been persistent in getting my needs met, I can't say enough about this company, yes ! They have gone above and beyond what's expected of them, I can see that customer service is paramount to them, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who would mention to me their need for web development, seo, or anything consistent with the internet and business.. thanks for all your help guys, I really appreciate you. I hired web design velocity to build and website and upload my Gospel stageplay. I am so pleased and those who visits the site said the same. Zack, Lisa, Alexander are truly amazing. Title: Lack of Accountability and Ongoing Concerns

I am sharing my experience to caution others regarding my dealings with Web Design Velocity and its owner, Ethan Hall. After engaging their services and receiving an invoice dated March 25, 2025, I encountered serious concerns related to the business practices and fulfillment of the agreement.

Despite filing a formal consumer complaint with the California State Attorney General’s Office on March 7, 2026, and submitting all requested documentation, I have yet to see meaningful progress or resolution. I have made multiple follow-up attempts and still have not received clarity on whether the case is under review or assigned.

This prolonged lack of accountability and transparency has been deeply frustrating. I am still seeking a refund in accordance with the original agreement and remain hopeful for resolution, but at this stage, I advise others to proceed with caution and ensure all terms are clearly defined and protected before engaging.

I have had a good experience with Web Design Velocity creating my beautiful site, but my site is still a work in progress. I like who I am working with, my ideas and changes and are made quickly! My website is coming together really well! I love the way it looks, and people compliment me on it often. When it is finished I will give my final review.

Jason and Robin were great to work with. They took me through the process step by step so the entire project was easy to navigate. I highly recommend them for web design.

The staff appeared disorganized and failed to provide clear and truthful disclosures regarding their services. Based on a recommendation from a friend, I engaged this company to create a website. They did not supply complete information or access to necessary resources, which resulted in delays in completing my website. Subsequently, they offered me an app for my business, which was incomplete and contained numerous errors. As a result, I was unable to operate my website effectively after purchasing it from this company. Furthermore, the company frequently transferred my case between different representatives, each of whom was unable to resolve the issues adequately. Overall, I found their level of professionalism to be lacking. I strongly advise conducting thorough research before engaging this company for website-related services.

I am pleased with the outcome of my website. ArrowdEssence is an exotic/erotic candle company that produces each candle with the essence of pleasure in mind. I needed a website that displayed my product in a pleasurable manner and Web Design Velocity delivered exactly what I wanted to accomplish.
