One of the main issues was the complete lack of support. Instead of working to resolve problems or adapt the work to meet the requirements, they chose to stop the project and offer a refund. This approach shows a lack of commitment and no real willingness to collaborate or find solutions.

Overall, I expected a more reliable and solution-oriented partner, not one that abandons a project at the first difficulty. I would not recommend WebDruids to anyone looking for a serious, consistent, and client-focused service
