I found them on Bark. Shawn Wallace, supposedly his name and the liason between the developers and myself. First meeting he didn't show up or bother letting me know he canceled or would like to reschedule it. I complained to Ethan and that i didn't want to work with him again. I ended up working with Ethan for the first 3 months or so, communication was good for the first 2 weeks. Every time I would reach out, no response for about 5 to 8 hours later or the next day. They were supposed to enhance my website and a few other things. They said they could do it in 2 months which was February 2026. By the 3rd month, they said they couldn't do it. The MGR supposedly Kevin Robinson figured out how to do it so I agreed to continue the project. They took Ethan of my project and now im back with Shawn. Shawn makes meetings but is never on time to join, then tells me to give him 30 mins or another hour and still doesn't show up or takes hours to reply or no response. Coming Friday he dissappears until the following Monday and every time im the one reaching out. There hasn't been a day that Shawn makes any effort to communicate or is punctual. I repeatedly addressed my issues with him and Ethan, but it didn't matter to him. Kevin jumped in and tried to sort things out, him and I were supposed have a meeting the following day to discuss the project again and guess what? Kevin never showed up despite me having to call him, text him and no apologies. Ethan reached out letting me know 2 days later Kevin wanted to talk and I told him NO as I don't appreciate being stood up multiple times by them all. From that point on Kevin never responded to any my texts and calls for the next 3 months. On or about the last week of May. I decided to go to there so called office. Tell me why I get there looking around trying to find the place and I even asked around and nobody has heard of them. I found the suite and I asked for Kevin, Shawn and Ethan and they guy there said nobody by those names work here or ever worked here. We are a "TAX" company and have been here for 6 years. I said WTF is going on??. I called there location in Florida and it was a radiology office. Now im pissed because I paid them half of my deposit and no office. Later in the week Shawn tells me I will call you back with a response to the project. He finally emails me over 5 hrs later just to tell me they can't do the job and that i have to invest more money.

Each and every time i spoke with Ethan and Shawn, they reassured me they were working on my project including some weekends as i was already a year behind but not because of them, but by other developers who had scammed me and wasted my time. They would always tell me the reason they coukd never answer my calls or texts is because they were in a meeting. How many meetings must you have for hours and yet when we discuss the project you don't say much and the phone calls last 10 to 20 mins max if any.

Now im really pissed. They wasted 6 months of my time just to tell me they can't do the job and that they need more money, but yet they always said everything is looking good.

I don't leave reviews ever because i don't like making businesses look bad, but this time I had to make it known to everyone what happened to me.

I told them I want a full refund. They said they will give me a full refund but it will take 45 days. I told them B2B is 3-15 days, not 45 days.

At this time im still waiting on my full refund.

Everything they stated to be was the total opposite. It was too good to be true.

I WILL NEVER HIRE THEM AGAIN!!!

I have worked with Webmisticforge; they built my website exactly as I requested. The service has been incredible! I am a disabled 63 yo woman who hired Web Mystic Forge to build a website for my crafting business so that I could sell my crafts. I was told that I would be given a tutorial to be able to take care of the website, unlimited revisions, a custom designed logo, and 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
I now have a website that’s garbage and I have had zero revisions, no custom logo, fake reviews on my website and social media damaging my reputation as a custom designer, I was charged $600 for that and another $400 for social media management yet they used my existing social media pages and have irreparably damaged my social media reputation. I have attempted to contact them by phone and by email and I have gotten no response from them and I have requested my money back and they haven’t replied to that either. Now I am going to see an attorney tomorrow to sue them in civil court for the money and the damages. Do not use this company they are scammers and thieves

Probably the worst company i ever worked.

they are indeed one of the cheapest option out there, and you get what you pay for.

i started to work on our (basic) website in April 2025, at today the website is still incomplete.

total lack of accountability, delays on delays, not showing up for meetings and impossibility of dealing with senior responsible.

Avoid if you want a good product in reasonable time

I ended up paying over $700.00 for a website that was incomplete. I had great communication with the developer and his team from March to May and then I was passed to someone else who was difficult to get in contact with. I would reach out by text, email - no response. I would be told a date that website would be done - and then nothing for 4-8 days. I paid 250.00 for a logo that the developer said I would need for it to perform well on my website, but I never got the logo as a file. This could have been a good experience, but my account was handled poorly at the end. They wanted 400.00 per month to 'manage' my account which I never wanted them to do. When I said I was a starter business and could not afford anything else, I ended up with a login and password to WordPress. No login/password information for my WordPress plugins (which they said were free- but clearly Elementor Pro is not). I didn't even have information on the hosting site. Now, I am looking to find someone to finish the website. Very Sad.

I'm the victim. I have paid $499 to Kevin, and up till now, they haven't done anything and keep asking for money. I'm so done with this company.

A good place to spend money and get nothing in return. Not quire crooks but pretty close. Proceed with extreme caution.
